These pads are perfect for a sports bra - to help you look bigger. Im a b-cup and wouldn't suggest these for an a-cup or a c-cup, just my opinion. I think they'd be too small for a c-cup and make you look funny. They wash really well. My 1st order shipped & didn't arrive so I had to cancel & reorder, bummer that the 2nd time around they were a few dollars more - would have been nice if they recognized their mistake in the order process and gave me the original price.

I sewed these into some crocheted bikini tops I made. I was not prepared for the amount of cleavage these things created. If that’s what you’re looking for, these will work. A little thick for my liking, but lots of lift and seem to be good quality.Note: took my large B/small C cup up AT LEAST one cup size. If sewing into bra tops, these may be too large to use in smaller cups.

I am a CrossFit Coach and so live in workout wear. My sports bra's are all very well used and worn, but they can be expensive so I don't want to replace often. And well, i like them all! However the pads wear out quickly and lose their form/shape. I'm relatively small chested anyway (B cup) so appreciate pushup bras that give a little lift. Sports bras usually make me look even more flat chested than I am, so not a big fan of that! These inserts have a little extra padding that I like to put at the bottom to give me extra lift! They've given new life to many of my old sports bras and the price was right and there were 8 pair, which I've already used up, so just ordered another set! Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend, especially if you want a little extra lift!

If these pads were another inch or more wider they would be perfect but for a “removable pad sport tank” in size large they are just not wide enough to stay in place without shifting. I have 7 bra top tanks that I wear daily for yoga classes (gaiam & all in motion brands). The pads that come in most bra tops are too thin and bunch up and move around so I am looking for a better removable cup. These are perfect in every way but width. They are just the right thickness, the raised area on the bottom helps with shaping and keeping cup from rolling or bunching. When it comes to these removable cups bra band size matters. I’m a 38 and these are just too narrow for my shirts and sports bras.

Update 1/1/23: each time I order these they are different, at first I was not thrilled, but it does seem that they are improved each time. I understand not having a left and right side ( my first 2 orders years ago) and it’s probably better because you don’t have to worry about getting two lefts or two rights and being crooked. LOL. The last set I ordered now has stitching around each one, presumably to keep them from separating. I have not had that issue with any even the ones I bought four or five years ago, but I am super careful when I wash my clothes, I use separate washing bags for bras and I don’t put them in the dryer. You can trim them to fit but I have never needed to. I just ordered two more sets.They still work OK and better than the thin padding that comes with sports and lounge bras, but the ones I ordered before were much better because they had more padding to the outside. So there was a left and a right side as you can see on the set at the bottom of my photo. The ones I just received are at the top. The old ones were awesome, not only did they lift but also pushed to the middle. Now they have degraded the custom fit to a cheaper model and all the pads are identical. It makes me angry because I expected to buy the same item as before, on the same listing, it’s not right to change the product!!!

I just received my order, which was delivered ahead of schedule to my delight! These inserts worked out perfectly for me. Since I am not exactly top heavy in the least, I had to trim the inserts a bit to fit in to the pockets of my bathing suit top. These inserts are easily able to be trimmed - they are only one layer! So thankful. For me, when they are inserted in those pockets of my bathing suit and adding the effects of gravity, it made me appear to be even more droopy than I already am (age 67). I had a light bulb moment! I turned the insert sideways with the padding on the outer sides, thickest part down. This provided the bit of extra volume I desired, lessens any spillage out of the bathing suit sides and also attempts to get closer to provide a bit of cleavage! - a triple win! : ) I will use them the 'normal' way with daily wear where there is not such a defined view of my body's aging process. Very glad I purchased 2 packages (16 pairs ) of these.

These inserts are perfect for my sports bras. I've replaced all of the original inserts with these, and I can say they definitely make a difference in a few ways. They are more comfortable and natural looking, they keep your girls in place better without a compressed feeling (regardless of your size), and they make the bras look better! There are a right and left side in each pair (small R and L on each), so this is what helps with shape and support.The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I received more black than beige (nude) inserts, a couple of pair were mashed in packaging and there were a couple where I received more right side than lefts, so I lost the use of two black pair. Luckily I bought two packages, but I'm still short on the quantity I needed.

My daughter is a swim instructor, so I am buying these for her swimming suits. She has chlorine resistant swim suits but they do not have any padding, so I am just sewing these pads in. Taking into account that pool chlorine kills regular swimsuits within couple of months, these pads last around 4 months, which I am very happy with

I like them. They are well made. Seem durable. They didn't come wrinkled or damaged. They also have extra support.

What i like is the edges are nicely hem, good quality, soft .. BUT It doesnt have much push-up effect, and i think its a bit smaller width for a cup B-C and the shape is more cupped. Perfect use as swimsuit top and sports bra inserts.

There is no adhesion. They are comfortable. Haven't got them wet so we'll see how they stand up.
