I had been having stomach pain for quite some time. It started in my upper abdomen down my left side all the way through my colon. I had been considering calling my Gastro dr. and Setting up an appointment for a colonoscopy. I had been having unusual bowel movements for quite some time. Something had been going on in my gut for quite a long time. I have had three colonoscopies over the last 10 years, never had any polyps only mild diverticulitis. He recommended that I take probiotics and psyllium on a daily basis however I had not taken his advice in several years. I think I should have listened to him. Well I purchased these after looking around at all of the different pro and pre-biotics and this one had some of the best reviews and a higher percentage in the five stars reviews. Even in the lower ratings no one ever complained of this product making them sick like some of the other ones I read. And it only makes sense that a freeze dried form would be better than capsule form. This product started working for me in Two days. I took it every day for a week and I could see a definite change in my bowel movements and the quality and now I am taking it every other day and trying to get down psyllium fiber. I have not had any pains in my intestinal track or colon after I started this product. Now I’m afraid not to take it. It has really been good to me. I am also drinking kambucha Tea several times a week which helps boost things along. Mixing the Ginger tea with cranberry juice is delicious. I will be purchasing this product on a regular basis as I feel 100% better. Well it’s been about a month since I started this wonderful product. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My constant misery seems to be gone. Most importantly is not to take it for granted and stay on track.

I can’t say enough good things about this brand and this particular product. My 4 year old twins are extremely picky eaters. Because of this, their diet is severely limited and filled with lots of processed h healthy junk, I hate to admit. One of my twins is autistic. My twins were known for getting sick every other week, having difficulty with bowel movements due to limited diet, and were poor eaters. Since starting these, my kids haven’t been sick for the longest stretch of time ever now. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were sick every other week. This, hands down, has been truly life changing for their immunity. They used to have to take miralax for constipation due to restrictions in diet. No more! They are more regular now than they’ve ever been. As far as appetite, it has increased, and they seem less picky and more willing to accept a variety of food. The fact that these sticks are colorless and flavorless is huge for my daughter with ASD. These are good quality pre and probiotics…not like the other crap out there they sell for kids with garbage fillers in it. This is the real deal. Please don’t ever stop selling. I'm a big believer in probiotics. I believe the right probiotics can protect or restore our gut biome, thus helping us resist disease of any kind. I tried various probiotics before I finally found this brand, which works well for me. (You may experience different results because we all have a different gut biome, so I can only speak for myself.) I once had a vocal instructor who was 90 years old and never ill. He didn't even catch a cold. When I asked him what he used to stay healthy and vital, he told me he was sure it was due to taking a good multivitamin daily as well as a good probiotic. I began taking probiotics when I simply wasn't feeling my best. While they don't work overnight (that's really asking too much), I found this brand did help me feel significantly better in less than two weeks. I felt more rested, more alert, stronger, and just plain healthier. I was suffering from a stubborn infection when I began these probiotics, and though I can't prove it, I believe they helped me to finally recover, thank goodness. Now, I take these every day in an effort to ward off anything bad before it can take hold and make me feel awful. I think it's great that these probiotics do not need refrigeration as long as it isn't raging hot in the house, and that they come in individual packets. It makes them much easier to take with you if you're going to be traveling. I do keep mine in the refrigerator, though. I find them so necessary to my health and well-being that I don't want to chance ruining the delicate probiotics with heat of any kind. Even the sun shining through a window is bad for them. I also take a prebiotic to prepare my gut for the best absorption of probiotics. If you're looking for a good probiotic, I don't think you can go wrong with Go Live! I love them and will keep taking them as long as the company keeps making them.

I originally tried probiotics bc a friend could see I was burning out under stress & strongly encouraged it. I guess it makes sense that since stress & worry seem to live in your gut, if it's working right, so is your life. When I stay on a regular probiotic, I don't lose noticeable weight but, my belly flattens & clothes fit better. As well, my brain runs smoother bc my stress releases easier. GoLive is one of my Faves of the powder/capsule probiotic. I first tried it two years ago, adding to smoothies. Now, I just add to room temp water & drink straight which is why I'm loving the new flavors. The flavorless really is flavorless, tastes like water with a little flour in it. It's not bad, just different. You get used to it quick. The flavors... Oh so Good. The Blueberry lemon is my favorite. Perfectly tart & sweet. The Cucumber melon is sweet like candy. Good for mid day bloat. The Orange is like EmergenC without the C taste. The upside of the flavors is they are made with the real extracts of their taste. As well, NO GMO, yeast, gluten, artificial or preservatives. It is NOT vegan, as the small print states there is a small amount of milk product. The downside is crazy sugar yet a higher proprietary blend than the flavorless. Compared to its liquid competitor, which a gram of sugar per serving, these are 6-8. Which brings me to where these will really shine. I enjoy as an afternoon sugar fix & fight the bloat. Since they can be carried in a wallet or purse & have over a one year shelf life, Not only are they sweet enough, but you can adjust by how much water you use, It helps with that after lunch belly bloat. You know, the one you get when take out sounds soooo good for lunch then, you want to curl in a ball and nap? It may taste like a popsicle but it IS a pre/pro biotic. The pre part being for smoother digestion. It's not going to have you run for the restroom or stinking up the place, just magically gives you happy belly. I think the misconception with probiotics is, they react like laxatives, which is not true. If you're just starting, definitely try it on a day off and see your reaction. I've talked many people over the fear of being doubled over bc they think they will now pay for a lifetime of bad food choices. That's really not the case. And this is a great way to start, if taste is your fear. At the end of the day~ my life is better with a probiotic, which is why I'm such a fan for others to try. I feel my life slipping backwards when I stop . so Go Live your better life.
