Tommy Bahama 2016 Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar

Well constructed, light weight aluminum back pack carry, multi adjustable chair. Beautiful chairs (i bought this one and a blue one) with plastic arms and aluminum frame that won't rust! The Tommy Bahama designs give a vibrant coastal vibe. The price is a little high but worth the money to have a product that will last and comes with so many great features. There is a large zippered pocket on the back that I easily fit my wallet, Iphone & car keys in. Below that pouch is a lined cooler pouch for beverages. The way it folds up, the back pack straps are on the opposite side so you could put your drinks and other items in both of the pouches. The side arms have drink and miscellaneous item pockets as well. There is a small head pillow that is velcroed to the top. I found the pillow, which i assume is made from foam and covered in the same material that the chair is made from, to be quite comfortable; if you don't like it, simply take it off. One feature that I was surprised to see and thought was quite nifty, was a nice strap with a quick disconnect feature that you can use to make sure that the chair stays folded up while it is in "carry" mode. I did find that closing the chair was a challenge at first until I referenced the piece of paper that comes with the chair. Tip: turn the chair on it's side, grab the back aluminum rung with one hand and the front aluminum rung with the other and push your hands together. The chair will fold up nicely then. This chair doesn't fold like most chairs but that isn't a problem once you realize it, lol.

OK so I’ve had a couple of Tommy Bahama chairs there’s no way you can get to tell me Bahama chairs for $88. You guys had to read that wrong I have one that I just bought that was on sale for $68 for one. That’s a very good deal I’ve spent up to $100 on one chair they’re very sturdy. It’s a wonderful beach chair. I would never order anything else and I have never ever seen anywhere in any place at any time to tell me Bahama chairs, backpack everything for $88 for two of them. You must be a first time owner of a Tommy Bahama beach chair like this because you would know they can’t sell them that cheap , so you’re read it wrong there’s new false advertisement they would’ve sold out in the first day $44 apiece for Tommy Bahama chair. No not a chair that has a backpack that you can carry an insulated cooler place for your drink and other storage on the back of it and the chair lays flat or however, you wanna lay it there’s no way you will find a tell me Bahama chair two of them for $44 apiece no way so I’m gonna say this there’s no false advertisement I know how much these chairs cost and I just ordered one and we can go. I was happy it was on sale for $68 and you’re trying to say that they said two chairs for 88 no way so take it from me you must been a first time time Bahama chair buyer so and I give it five stars just got mine two days ago and it’s absolutely just like my last one, but my last one got stolen I absolutely love it I’m very excited I got it for $68 that’s a steel because if you see one with the pineapples on it that’s my last year I had that got stolen they have it on Amazon right now. I think it was $109 for one chair so I’m telling everybody out there there’s no false advertisement. I’ll give it five stars.

So far, so good. Best Chair I have ever had. If you want your hands free to walk across that dessert beach to the shoreline with ease, this is it. Room for your cooler drinks, and ample space for your towel, book, and anything you want to bring to the beach in the other compartment. Once you figure out how it opens, it has nice side pockets for your drink, and phone. Comfortable back pack straps leaves my hands and shoulders free to sling my lighweight Solbello sun shade (which is also a Must Have!). I love that I don't need anyone to carry anything for me and it's comfortable to go to the beach now. Great Chair, I'd buy it again for my guests (I live by the beach)

Can never go wrong with this product. They last a long time. Good value for the money.

I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could. What I like - the backpack straps make these easy to carry when lugging other items to the beach and they are lightweight, the multi positions of the chair to various angles for reclining (can move from upright, to many angles facing the sun, to a mini horizonal chair to lay and get sun on the back), a good 'pillow', and the storage on the sides is good sized for both drinks and phones. These are the chairs that my family wants when on the beach vs. some of the other options. They are solid and have a good quality fabric that has not faded in 2 years of use. Why I didn't give 5-stars is that they take up a fair amount of space in my trunk when folded and being driven - compared to a bag chair, these take a lot more storage room and cause more issues - I often travel with a group of at least 5 to the beach in a large SUV and when we put in the cooler, canopy, towels, beach wagon, boogey boards, towels, etc. the chairs take up a disproportionate amount of space in my trunk and I don't want to put anything on them. Additionally, the straps can get in the way of opening the chair - but this is minor.

Yes get them. I have ha these for 6 years and they still look and work perfectly. I can sleep for hours on the beach

Just took this baby on a cruise and saved money on renting chair/umbrella at the beaches. The chair itself is light so using the extra storage didn't make it too much. Was able to fit towel, snorkle/mask, and half flippers in the top with room leftover and sodas in the cooler bit and while I could feel it on my back it wasn't really anymore than I'd carried around on my back in highschool. It is also very comfortable! Wound up taking a snooze and all. My personal secret is packing a popup tent in it. I slide it between the back and seat before buckling and one less thing to carry with better shade throughout the day. If it's your thing to hit the beach this chair could really do something for you.

I received ONE chair and NO drink bottles. This was over three months ago and I am still trying to sort it out. Advertisement is clearly incorrect and they know it or at least have not acknowledged it.
