The DEB SBS-40 medicated skin cream is a very good product to use year round for dry or rough skin, especially in winter. It is excellent for hands, and also works on arms, legs, and shoulders to relieve dry, itchy areas. The cream is a good consistency, has no odor, and does not leave a greasy feeling. It dries quickly and leaves hands feeling smooth and comfortable while it helps prevent chapping and cracking. I have used this product for twenty years or more and prefer it over all other creams or lotions.

This is my 2nd purchase of 3 tubes. I use it as a a bug repellent! It keeps away fly bites, the no-see-ums, and the invisible bugs that eat circhada eggs. One drop goes a long way and for sure I'll take the moisturizing! Even safe for face and easy to apply. My summer mainstay! No foul smells!! I'd give it an extra gold star if I could!!

Love SBS skin cream! The pricing is good considering how amazingly it heals cracks and cuts on my hands. It also takes the sting out of the sore ones! I will say, the smell is a bit off. I've been using this hand cream for many years and this is the first time it has smelled like this. I don't mind the medicated smell, but there is an underlying smell that is off putting...kind of like really old lotion, maybe. I had to wait for it to get back in stock, so I don't think it's old; could just be the batch I received. Either way, it certainly doesn't keep me from using it multiple times a day; it just works so well! Lotions typically don't absorb well into my skin, but this does very quickly and isn't greasy at all.

I’ve used this cream for years and immediately noticed something was off when my latest order arrived. The packaging has changed (smaller, new design colors), and unfortunately, so has the formulation. I know the original medicated scent very well, and this is not it. This new version has a cheap, sickly synthetic "floral" fragrance that hits me the moment I open the tube that I would want to wash off right away. It's kind of like a dollar store hand sanitizer smell. In contrast, the old fragrance was classy and "medicinal". Even if the product still works the same, the smell alone is a deal-breaker for me. I’m returning it and will be hunting for any remaining stock of the old formula instead. Such a disappointing change to a long-trusted product.
