The kit itself is Excellent…has pretty much everything you’ll need so no complaints there…My only thing is that even though it comes with the instruction manual, I would prefer some more tutorial videos on the website or even YouTube to demonstrating the best methods for different surfaces, cause DIY dummies like me need more guidance.You definitely need the time and patience to follow every step to the T to get it right but good value for money once you do

I am not a very skilled exponent of DIY, but it didn't take me long to become quite effective with this kit.

Easy to follow and did job

A comprehensive kit to enable even beginners to remove old silicone sealant, clean and scrsoe the area then reapply with the fresh silicone enclosed (two tubes).I personally think kits like this are a great house warming gift for new home owners who are keen to have a go at DIY but are, a tad nervous. If written instructions aren't your thing then there's tons of 'how to' videos online for any novice to watch and learn how to use each tool.The kit, at £45, may seem excessive at first but if you add up each item separately it kind of balances out so if you don't have any of the items it's good. If however you already have some of the tools then it's false economy but I'm sure everyone can figure this out themselves.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality kit for renewing the silicone in your tiles. My husband needs to redo a large area in our bathroom where the previous owners did a bad tile paint job, rather than renew the silicone in the wet area. This kit contains everything he needs (and extras that will come in handy) and comes with good tools. He was especially pleased with the sealant gun, it’s much better quality than the ones we have. A good sealant gun makes it much easier to apply silicone neatly, or so hubby tells me! Hubby recently used some of the Dryzone products to renew the silicone in his father’s kitchen where damp got in. He was pleased with the results so he’s happy to recommend the product. He thinks £39.99 is reasonable for this kit, especially if you don’t already have a good sealant gun or caulking tool.

Really good - the remover needs time - I gave it 3 houirs which helped, but if I hadn't been in a hjurry, it would hve been better to leave it overnight, then I think getting the oldstuff out would have beena doddle. You get 2 tubes of nice quality silicone, a set of smoothing spatualas, some alocohl wipes, a cartridge gun - everything you need to do the job. And the instructions are clear, written by a native English speaker, and if you follow them, it all works.Impressive!
