A year ago I had a bad experience with a different "replacement" PB ink cartridge that made a terrible mess and didn't work. This year I just couldn't stomach the $113!!! Pitney wanted. So I tried these the first one is working perfectly. The printing is a deeper, darker red than the "OEM" version and is easier to read. Absolutely perfect performance for three months so far and still going strong.

The cons: It takes a few envelopes before it prints normallyThe pros: These are an insanely cheap option. Even if you cannot get your meter to void the last print such that you are paying postage for some bad prints, the savings is huge. I cannot tell how long it lasts compared to the name brand since we started using these around covid, but it seems comparable. Certainly, it lasts longer after the meter starts whining about being low on ink. The PB ones start printing poorly shortly after that alarm on our meter, but these ones print fine until it is completely out - an error I never got to with name brand cartridges because it would print badly before we got there. Even if 1/2 the cartridges are lousy as some reviews suggest, you're still saving money.

Order this for my work place and the ink last pretty long. When you install it, doesn’t show 100% full. Still works and it’s definitely much cheaper than the OEM.

SEEM TO WORK JUST LIKE THE HIGH PRICE PITNEY BOWES CARTRIDGES.

I dont think these are fully loaded with ink, the ink is bad, or what.Ive ordered these same ones over the years but last one bought November of 2023 had major issues with both ink cartridgesFirat one had lines in the postage on my Sendpro. Did the cleaning of print head, even installed a brand new one. I would need to clean nozzle every day several times before getting the ink flowing. It didnt last long not even 2 weeks. everytime you cleaned print nozzles, the ink % went down dramatically. I opened the sealed second cartridge today, it said 97% full. went to test print… nothing. cleaned nozzles, every time i cleaned it dropped 20% in ink meter. Eventually said zero after 5 cleans. Pure garbage. sending back. Not sure I want to reorder as I see newer reviews have same issues

The only problem I had with this ink was when I went to use the second cartridge, it had expired so, I was SOL. Each cartridge has an expiration date which has nothing to do with whether the ink is dried up or still just fine. So when you put the expired cartridge into your mail meter it doesn't work. Talk about waste... thank you Pitney Bowes.

For over an year we ran throught a few of these - not one glitch. The only issue is PB calling and harassing you to order from them or they may damage the meter, etc. Now PB even have the warning programmed into the meters to scare you. All cartridges have a use by date, so you know to plan ahead and not order too many.I still don't get why a "genuine" PB is about 10 times more... What a scam.

The ink that arrived in good shape works great; however, shipping these inks in a bag resulted in one of the two inks being crushed and leaking. The supplier should consider increasing the costs by a few dollars and shipping with a cardboard box.

Prompt delivery of cartridges.But have not needed to replace the existing ink cartridge.If we have no issues, you won’t hear from me.Otherwise you will as this is for a postage meter. It costs $$ to clean up, repair, replace, let alone obtaining reimbursement from a Crown Corporation that is less than user friendly. Especially when considering that it’s a funded by taxpayers.
