Best foot ascender
Best foot ascender, worked great for many types of ropes. Easy to install and remove from rope, as long as it’s unweighted. Very comfortable on the foot. Durability is great. Only brand ascenders I use.

Great product!
I am using this for a hobby not as a professional. I do like it, it works great, seems very sturdy, and I’ve used it probably 10 or so times and I have no complaints. Have to work a little to get it off the rope sometimes, but I think that’s just my lack of experience. Great product and price.

Game changer
I just got into tree climbing and I've been using a Blake's hitch and nothing else. This foot ascender is amazing. Once I get about 5-10ft up it feeds itself no problem. Using 11.8mm rope.

Two Defective in a Row
I received the ascender in a timely manner, but it had a factory defect. The cam opening lever assembly was not installed at the factory and was missing completely. It was not possible to lock the cam open to install the rope, and the rope could easily slip out when in use. The return went perfectly, and a replacement was sent immediately by Amazon. However, the replacement ascender was also missing the cam opening lever assembly! Two in a row defective from CT. Beware.

Ct vs Petzl
I already had a petzl foot ascender and it kept popping out of my rope, did my research and chose the CT foot Ascender! This 1 looks to be great quality and it didn’t pop out of my rope! Research 🧐 made a difference and I’m glad I chose this 1! Worth every penny! Just buy it!!

Skip the cheap ones, and get this! Well built and very easy to use.

I am going to team this up with some other equipment that I haven't received yet. The mechanism I put on my right boot is of the same quality as my CT climber/pulley hand ascender.
