After the juicer was put together, we attempted extracting carrot juice. The blender frequently stopped in the middle of juicing because it kept getting stuck. We attempted to open it after it came to a complete stop, but the top cover will not move. It became packed. We managed to turn and open the cover with a lot of force—I mean, it took a lot of energy.The machine still had the bits of carrot stuck within. The rotator and the base component would not come off. It was backed up.In summary, this juicer is a major pain and will require constant attention.

It is different than traditional juicers. Juice is coming faster and clean. All pulp goes out and almost dry

Good for carrots and other fruits that are from soft to medium. Try to cut the fruits in smaller portions first

very good juicer. low noise. works fine while using whole fruit. but extract more juice if you put pieces of fruit instead of whole fruit.

Very good juicer, liked the conceptHowever, cleaning is big task after use and they didnt provide cleaning brush as well which is shown in photo.Cant give feedback about service feedback since didnt use it

I am shock that this model is totally different with the one I purchased before. I used to juice almost everything, fruits & vegetables. This model is not designed to crush the whole fruits such as apple or orange not even the whole cucumber. I guess we have to chop the ingredients into a very small pieces like a salad since there is no gap between the crusher and the filter, hence, the machine has no capability to pull in and squeeze the whole ingredients. This model is a total failure or perhaps the one delivered to me is not original one as its stop working from the first try.
