It’s not for any heavy curtain or any backdrop such like the shimmery curtains! Once extended from the top the pole bends down and your curtain or backdrop look uneven and ugly!

I bought this because I needed something sturdy for inside. I was very skeptical because of some reviews, but it turned out great. I already own the heavy weight eventdecor one but it doesn’t go down smaller than 7ft this one actually does. The bottom square bases are heavy enough that the stand will not be moved even for outdoor use. It was very easy to assemble and I’m 5months pregnant. The crossbar is not so sturdy but enough to do the job. I would not trust it with anything heavy on it specially if stretched to maximum capacity. I do recommend for I Dios use and just normal party balloon garland decor but this you will not regret it. I am very happy with product if only the crossbar was a little more sturdy.

The end of the pipes at the tip where the cross bar attaches are cheap and sharp and slice everyones fingers, cheap chinese product but kinda the best you can get for this sort of item. Worked well and easy to set up

Even outside where it was very muddy it worked great.
