Very happy with the cervical neck pillow. Had a great night's sleep and woke with no pain or stiffness. Arrived quickly and the quality seems good.

Comfortable pillow, bought to help with a neck and rotator cuff problem. My previous neck pillow was hard.This pillow fit the bill exactly. Whilst made of memory foam it was soft and supportive, just what I was looking for. It cradles the head, when lying both on your back or on your side, keeping your neck in the correct alignment. Although, when you first see and feel the pillow, you may not think it will offer good support, but it does. There is also no odour.It has a silky soft zipped cover, which can be removed for washing. The pillow fits in a standard pillow case with ease. My only issue is, whilst initially it feels cool to lay on, being memory foam it does get warm, but not too warm.All in all it is a great buy and gave me the best nights sleep for a long time, after trying many pillows beforehand to find this one, that works perfectly for me.

very comfortable for the neck.

I was hoping this roll pillow would provide support for my neck without tilting my head at too much of an angle (I'm a side sleeper). However I found that in use this 5" diameter pillow squashes down to only a couple of inches, so it didn't provide the support I'd hoped for.The solution for me was to put this under a normal pillow, along the bottom edge, so that it had enough depth there to cradle my neck while my head could rest further up the pillow where it was lower - effectively making a "wave" style pillow - so perhaps I should just have got one of those.All that said, in combination with a normal pillow it did give me a mild traction effect on my neck, and next morning my neck felt better than it had in weeks, so hopefully that will continue.While the cover is removable I actually just put it in a normal pillowcase and rolled it up, that worked fine.

This pillow is very comfortable giving good support to my lower back. The size is good and it does help with the pain. I know it has a bag but for me, it's a bit long to be portable. There is no smell from the memory foam and the cover removes easily for washing. It easily regains shape after I've squashed it all night.

Very comfy, I wish it was a little firmer.It's so good, my daughter steals it and I stopped using pillows now.

I'm struggling with herniated disc and this roller provides literally ZERO support for lumbar section of your spine. Quick rebound which is good but when you lay on it it's just flat! It provides maximum 20mm of support when laying on the mat or bed.Also get's super flat when sitting (less than when laying) so probably all memory foam rollers are not fit for this purpose. I advise you to get McKenzie original hard foam roller for sitting positions and for laying half moon NONE MEMORY FOAM rollers.

very good quality, including the cover. Too squashy for good support of neck, though.Item is approx 45 x 15cm and bag it came in was 15 x 15cm, indicating how squashable it was, but does fill out once opened.Couldn't find any similar product that might be preferable on Amazon, so returned it and ordered the sightly larger size. that they offer.
