Fan not working
Pros: It grows seedings very well pump is quiet and light is just right. The timer and light adjustment I like. It helps me to root propigated plants. Cons: The fan doesn't work the sponge which is used to support the seedings are good til it's time to transplant seedlings to soil. Then I had to rip the sponge to shreds to remove the plant so roots are damaged. I now use rock wool to support seedlings after germination. But just support plant under the 1st 2 lower leaves. Don't allow the roots to grow thru the rock wool or you will damage roots when transplant. I have adjusted to what it can do

I used it for a year without any issues but the buttons, fan and grow lights stopped working after a year

Poor service.
Stops working after a few months. Don’t buy it. Seller also doesn’t respond when complaining.
