Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.

Got a Refurb - Good condition from a certified seller on here. It showed up with minor cosmetic defects including a single dot where the plastic cover over the screen was damaged. Pixels intact, it's just noticeable, especially on white backgrounds. The power adapter has some coil-whine but this happens even with $1000 video cards so I'm not too worried about it. It generally matches what Amazon describes as Good condition. I'm satisfied for $200. The laptop itself is quite dated with a 8th gen Intel mobile CPU. If you de-bloat windows and are only using the laptop for day-to-day productivity tasks and media consumption, it's perfectly serviceable. I got the 16GB model because 8GB of RAM on Windows 11 is a no-go for me. It runs well, in no small part due to the NVME SSD. The laptop is light and compact with the 14" screen. It's perfect for what I needed it for. Essentially a backup PC and media-device for our living room TV when we want to watch something that can only be accessed with a browser. Only minor complaints I have are with all modern laptops, a lack of connectivity options. A couple USB ports and HDMI is pretty much it with this guy. Not a big deal in my case, but may be a consideration for others. At $200-230 in 2025 this is a great budget friendly or entry-level laptop for general usage.

The Laptop was actually what i ordered for and its a good laptop even though it did not have the ports i expected to see.

The loaded Win 11 operating system it came with would not allow it to boot properly. I had to take it in to a computer shop and have Win 11 reloaded. (I did not want to return it due to time constraints). Worked fine afterwords. The unit is in nice condition and has a good battery.

Outstanding value. I ran battery diagnostics and the laptop I received has a brand new battery. I don't think you could get better performance for the money. Plus, I feel good about saving it from a landfill. Only defect I've found is a couple deep scratches on the bottom, but that doesn't bother me at all.

Would 100% recommend this as a college student or general productivity laptop, heck even an entertainment one! 😎🤘 Speakers are great, the i5 is plenty for any task, 16gb RAM is reasonable in 2026, 512 SSD good for future proofing, 14” screen is vivid (and touch capable). I purchased this to be my portable college companion to a larger, more powerful computer I use for photogrammetry processing and gaming. All I can say if that for $300 bucks you cannot beat this. If you’re not like me and need another mackdaddy computer this could be your standalone! Ain’t nothing wrong with refurbished too as long as it is done right, like what these people here did. 👍

My older Dell was starting to fall apart, it also could not support Windows 11. Looked for a refurbished laptop on Amazon and decided on the 7420. It looked and felt new and is more then fast enough to support my needs. Can't go wrong with a Dell Latitude laptop

I’m not sure how old this laptop is. I bought it used. It has been great for me and it was great for the person before me. If you can’t afford $2000 for a new computer, I don’t mind a little bit of outdated for around $400. You can get a great used laptop.

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.

Al parece funciona bien, la batería dura 2.5 horas, pero al principio no la pude cargar porque el cargador que me enviaron tenía un adaptador que no era compatible, tuve que conseguir un cargador de lenovo para usar el adaptador
