Thanks for the wonderful medicine. I had started feeling better within a week time. I am continuing this for past 4 month and feeling perfectly all right. However you need to be very very strict about the diet chart provided with this pack. Its difficult to follow it but for your own health you can definitely do this. I am totally satisfied with this.

First I would like to tell people to beware of buying this suite of supplements (Colitis Care Pack) from independent e-commerce shops. At the start of COVID Amazon showed me there were 7 of these available to purchase. By the time I was ready to give it a go there were none. I ordered off an independent seller site and received only 4 bottles.When I ordered it from Planet Ayurveda's Amazon store (which I just received today... hence why I'm writing this review) I received 6 bottles, which makes sense. I'm finishing up the pack I purchased from the independent seller and I ran out of capsules in one of the bottles, and the loose powder bottle is almost empty. These things are supposed to last 2 more weeks.Buying experience aside, I'm a Gluten Free/Vegan who eats a primarily Paleo diet. I don't restrict myself to this diet it's just the easiest way to eat without feeling like I'm dying for weeks at a time without a break. I also don't eat much sugar, although I don't actively deny myself, it's just not in a lot of my food choices.I wrote that part about my diet so I can get across the point that this Ayurvedic Remedy isn't magic. It won't work by itself. If the person taking these supplements doesn't follow a diet to support their healing then they're actively choosing to continue to damage their intestines. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a supplement or medication that can heal a person's body faster than that person can continue damaging it by putting things their body finds toxic directly into their gut. I say so because after I purchased this Colitis Care Pack the first time I read unending numbers of reviews stating that Ayurvedic Supplements are a hack, bogus, a lie, fake, and the person who sells them is a con artist or scammer or whatever. It made me nervous. However, the supplements arrived a day later and I spent the money on them with the intention of trying them, so that's what I did.I noticed nothing for 2 days. I was glad about that because in my research on the supplements I read that people were sometimes experiencing constipation, and I didn't really want that experience.I started out on the high end of dosing recommendations because I've been in this flare for an extensive period of time. Day 3 I noticed a minor bit of relief. From that day, on through today - I'm 3.5 weeks in - it's been improving and staying somewhat stable.I went from having to remain in a reclined position - which reduces my pain level - for a very very long time (weeks+) to being able to sit up, stand up, walk without issue, carry things, do chores, run errands...I also have to note that I ate something I am reactive to, by accident, in the middle of this 3.5 week journey and I was out of commission for 3 straight days. But I kept taking these supplements throughout the flare and I'm extremely positive the supplements are why my resulting flare didn't last for weeks on end. The last time I ate something I was reactive to I lived in agony for over 4 straight weeks.All I can say to the people who write that this pack doesn't help and it like throwing money away... is that you can't eat a Western Diet and expect this suite of supplements is going to fly in and save the day. It's not likely to work that way. IMHO the best way to use these supplements is to eat a modified/restrictive diet and to let these plant medicines get to work.I started taking my doses after breakfast and lunch, because the powder is so strong I didn't want to risk going to bed with the taste in my mouth. I figured I'd take it as soon as I could and get it out of the way.But, one day I missed a dose so I took my final dose after dinner. It was late when we ate so I went to bed almost directly after taking the supplements.The following day I felt SO much better. I had been improving before that point, when taking them after breakfast and lunch. But when I took it after dinner, the following day was like I had taken a giant leap forward in the healing process. My gut felt SO much better.I'm a real purchaser of this care pack. This is a legit review by a legit user of these supplements, in case you're wondering how real this is. Check out my other reviews to see for yourself that I'm a real person. I know that was my biggest worry when I was prepping to order this. It's pricey so I wanted to make sure I wasn't being scammed. There were limited reviews here on Amazon, and even less anywhere else. I ran into a general Planet Ayurveda Facebook Page which shows a ton of reviews, many not entirely flattering, but they weren't for this specific care pack most of the time, so I went in with an open mind.

It’s excellent medicine for ulcerative colitis, it’s working good. I am following the food to eat to heal the colitis.

Used for a couple months now. Seems to be controlling the symptoms

All I can say about this care pack is that it brought relief immediately, compared to what I was suffering. By continued use, my colitis has kept improving, and brought my life to near normal. It delivers a definite improvement.
