Great strap

I replaced my older buckle-type transom tie-downs with these retractable tie-downs. They are great. Simple as pie to use. Quick and Easey Peasey, even a novice can cinch down the boat in under a minute. The ease of use compared to the old ones is well worth the investment. One of those items that makes you wonder why you didn't buy it years ago.

Disappointed
I purchased these four months ago (Sept 21) to secure my jet ski on the trailer whist travelling. At first was really impressed with how easy they were to operate but now the mechanism is stiff rusted and will not retract.. See picture. Admittedly I did have these attached to the trailer which is outside and exposed the weather. However I would still have expected these to last more than 4 months

Be sure to know the correct size for your application
Great ratchet straps for the price!Unfortunately I had to return them. I ordered way too big for my boat. Have a smaller version of the same product in my cart ready to buy. :)
