Can u give me the dimensions and the weight for the box?

Unfortunately I do not have 143 Piece - Mega Wood Box Art . It was a Christmas gift .

Is the case made of particle board?

I would imagine it is. It definitely not solid wood.

Are the trays easily removable?

I assumed the drawers were not removable, the whole case hinges open, and the draw slides out to access the crayons. I purchased this for a great-grandson for Christmas. He was thrilled with the gift. Everything in one very nice wooden case. I felt it was well worth the price. It contained wooden color pencils, water colors, and almost every color crayon one would want. I did add some better quality watercolor brushes, and kneaded erasers. I have noticed that U.S. Art supplies carries the exact same item in 2 sizes. I was happy with the purchase, and the recipient was thrilled.
