Knife and Fork

This knife and fork is a great gift. Bought it for our Aunt for her birthday and she loves it. Slices almost anything to the thickness you like and keeps the slices a consistent thichness.

I bought this knife -with-guide specifically to slice homemade bread. The guide is adjustable in width & I’ve been able to slice evenly through every size loaf, which makes toasting much more successful (no burnt edges). I haven’t tried it on tomatoes or other veggies, as I prefer to slice them on a mandolin. However, it did slice through mostly-frozen ground beef (log-shaped) to make easy hamburger patties. One of my favorite kitchen gadgets.

This is one of my favorite knives. Great to prep tomatoes and onions for sandwiches. Awesome to slice potatoes a uniform size when you want to fry them. Slicing a uniform size is now easy. great for fruits and veg as well as some lunch meats. Most useful.

I LOVE THIS KNIFE.you WILL NOT find a beter knife anywhere!Ther are only two complaints. the first being that the size measurment seems to be slightly off, and the blade is very sharp.although it is hard to complain about a knife being too sharp. the size guard has worked on my mothers salsa recipe, each ingredient, flawlessly!

Being an owner and fan of this knife from ~15 years ago, I was excited to be getting a brand new one. I purchased this knife from "As Seen on TV Products" on Amazon. This item took over a month to arrive, and appears to be a knock off version. It has the general shape and characteristics of the original, but the blade is incredibly dull while my original version was so sharp I'd often cut myself simply because it slices through whatever so easily. This knife doesn't slice bread, it shreds it. Also, instead of a logo on the knife, it has a gaping hole where one should have been.If you can find the original version, you'll love it!

Trash, that is where it ended up. The guide gets in the way of cutting anything. You can start the cut with the guide but you would need to finish the cut with the tip of the blade. Which you can easily get off from the original starting point. Nice concept but poor design. I think this is the 3rd as seen on TV product that was a complete waste of money. The seller must know it because they didn't even want the product back when they issued a refund.

Love this knife!!Use it to slice cucumbers, tomatoes, turkey, carrots, cabbage, and just about any reason to use a knife. When folk come to my house they are surprised that I have this knife. I have bought many of these for gifts for my cooking friends. They are sharp!!!
