I bought these Medley Hills Farm graham cracker crumbs specifically for making cheesecake, and they did not disappoint! The texture is just right — fine and consistent — which makes the crust come together easily without having to crush crackers myself (huge time saver). Once mixed with butter and pressed into the pan, it baked up beautifully and held together perfectly when slicing. I also love that it comes in a resealable bag. Great product!
This product is genius. It makes creating a graham cracker crust a breeze. The size of bag is perfect, I don't have to worry about running out after one crust. The crumb is uniform, and the taste is excellent. It tastes like true graham crackers, not too sweet, just the right amount of sugar. To me, the price is great! I'll be buying them again. No more buying graham crackers and beating them to death with a rolling pin until you get too tired to get all the lumps out or get a uniform crumb on your own. I'm disabled, so by the time I get all that done, it would take me two or three days to recuperate to make whatever it was I had planned to make. This ensures I could actually complete an easy dessert in a short amount of time. That is a huge step for me. Highly recommend this product.

Good Quality Prosuct
I like the product but I will say this. Opening the bag that the prosuct was in was a challenge. The company needs to find another company to buy their bags from. Other than that, great product!

What I Needed!
I know this seems spendy, but when you consider how many crackers you have to crumble up to make a double filled pie, it's a bargain. They're lightly sweet, so I added some sugar for the prebake, because I made a lime no-bake cheesecake. I'll restock, as needed. Deep dish crust did NOT take the full double batch of crumb mix. I'll freeze the rest of the crumb mix for later.
