They do cover the back of the hand and enough of the forearm to give good protection from casual bumps and light scratches. They are thick but will not stop cuts or thrones when gardening. Nice for those of us with thin skin.

I got these to help protect my hands from getting cut and bruised when I do woodworking. They have been very helpful. On the negative side, they snag on every rough surface and they go all the way to my armpits! I adjusted to the size by cutting them shorter. That may have shortened their useful life but it works for me!

I've ordered from 3 different sellers. The first sleeves were all black, length almost to the elbow, too tight and extremely itchy but rated level 5 cut protection. The second seller had a pack of 3 pair, black, blue, and grey. Shorter length and not really itchy but not soft. Also rated level 5 cut protection. Third seller sent 2 pair grey mid forearm length with no apparent cut protection BUT......these are soft, should be all day comfortable. And that's what I was looking for. My arms bruise easily and cut easily and I needed some protection.

I love that they’re cotton and their comfy sock look but they’re a little short and a little baggy. I bought them hoping to wear under my wrist brace to keep it from irritating my arms but they don’t fit closely enough. These are not compression arm protectors. Keeping them to use gardening when hopefully my wrist and thumb no longer require the brace.

These work great. Glad they come in different sizes, others were too tight. These are perfect. I'm older and these protect my lower arms from my puppy's sharp claws.

These gloves keep me from bruising.

They are terrible strings hanging off. Cheaply made.

Well made and a comfortable fit. Not as dense weave as some I have had in the past.
