This appears to be a more concentrated form of collagen. I need to only take it once a day. It dissolves quickly. It is tasteless.

Collagen powder that mixes in and works. Great brand.
This powder dissolves well in hot or cold. I mix it into smoothies with protein after workouts. I also mix it into yogurt for breakfast. No taste. My skin looks pretty smooth too! Bonus!

I really like this powder. I tried a very expensive liquid collagen before choosing to try this powder and I saw more benefits from this powder then the more expensive one. My joints and my skin looks reeeaal good! Almost like a glow I didn't have before taking this collagen powder.

Works
Mixes well and tastes not too bad. My skin is firmer, hyperpigmentation is less, and stretch marks have filled in. I would recommend taking this with vitamin C or mix it in orange juice or something with vitamin C. If you’re not seeing results it’s probably because you don’t have enough vitamin C in your diet, as these amino acids can’t build collagen without vitamin C.

My old lady hair is getting thicker. So happy!
Age 60. Hair started thinning 10 years ago. Been taking Biotin with no noticeable improvement. Went to a new hair person, older than I am, and she had decently thick hair… so I asked how, and she told me she takes this. So I ordered from Amazon 1 month ago. Let me tell you!! I put a heaping spoonful in my morning coffee and it dissolves quickly, and then I add my regular creamer. And today, after a month of doing this, I have a zillion tiny hairs (gray, haha, per usual, and brunette) popping up in my thin areas. (I wonder if this might help chemo patients?) I do recommend this particular product, and plan to take this for the rest of my life (or until I get dementia and forget to. Ha!)

The taste is not great!
It’s hard to tolerate the taste of it to me personally. I previously bought Live Conscious and used the mango flavor and it was always easy to go down. I switched to this due to no artificial flavors and being organic but I’ll have to add to flavored drinks and not water…
