Q: can this product be used to stamp print on fabric?

It can, but this particular color (fluorescent) did not cover.... you could see through it. All non-fluorescent colors were fine. We screenprinted and printed with them.

It really depends on how much of the area is being covered.

Q: can this product be used to stamp print on fabric?

Yes but this product is translucent when put on. It does not give a good bright pink coverage. I had to put a coat of white down first and the the pink over it.
