Only 4 stars for the fact they ae almost an inch long and very difficult to swallow. However, I honestly think these helped heal the very painful sciatica I had, along with prednisone. The very day I started taking these, the intensity of pain lessened in my hip. I’m not sure if that’s a benefit of these pills, but I’m giving them the credit for it. HOWEVER they are ENORMOUS. and I do have a lot of difficulty swallowing them. I wish they were in gel cap form — I wish the manufacturer would heed that request.

I had knee joints pains I started taking these are within 3-4 weeks pain disappear and it really helps for body joint pains just gotta be consistent in taking them. I been on them for 2months already and it does miracles for joint pains im satisfied with this product just dont be upset if it doesn't work on certain people everyone has different reactions on how the body reacts to vitamins for some it works and maybe for some it dont but doesn't hurt to give them a try

I have used glucosamine/msm many times and recommended to many friends and family. I have some behind the cap knee pain from constant weight lifting and wanted a stronger dose; bought this and can tell you 100% it has helped me within one week. I’m very in tune with my body and weight lift 4 nights per week, so an incoming knee problem was weighing heavy on my conscious! Backed off the weight, upped the reps and added this and kept pushing.
