The adhesive on the back is very sticky, but it will only be effective on smooth surfaces. I knew this going forward as I was trying to attach these lights to gaffer tape; the adhesive held on just long enough to get the size and position worked out, and then I used a Gorilla gel superglue to actually stick them down. Nice and bright, even in the daytime!

I have been buying a lot of different LED lights. These ones were great. Unfortunately one of the sets stopped working. But it is still good value for the money

Love these, they are my go-to for led lights. I just wish there was an option for a usb-less version because I just cut them off and use my own with on/off and dimming capabilities. Make sure you follow the directions, the adhesive likes to stick to the blue liner.. once you get it started it’s smooth sailing but it can easily be overlooked and I feel many with the negative reviews were not mindful of this.
