I typically flip tires and do sprints for some cardio but decided that I needed something else in the mix. So I got this. It's been awhile since I jump-roped and it kicked my a*s a bit. I was surprised to find that it came with an extra cable as well as replacement cable attachments. The rope is smooth and easy to stay steady with. The braided steel cable definitely keeps you motivated not to mess up too; especially when you're speed-roping. When it hits you, it sends a nice jolt of burning pain all the way through your body. So yeah, motivation to pay attention and keep going.

I've used it for one CrossFit session thus far and I'm pleased. The WOD called for 150 double-unders in two different rounds, which the rope held up nicely for. It is definitely a speed rope, so it is lighter than most normal jump ropes. The 360 swivel left no tangles, even after wrapping the rope along the handles and stuffing it in my bag. I think whatever the rope is made from also helped the tangle situation. Lastly, for the length adjustment process you will need something that can cut through the cord, however it was very easy to move the screw along and adjust once the cut was made, so extra points here.Lastly I had some questions for the team about the rope, and I received a response in less than 5 minutes.I've used RX jump ropes before as well as speed ropes, and this rope compares well and is great price-wise.

I love this jump rope. It is long enough for both my hubby (6'5") and me (5'4"). It swings on something like ball bearings, so it doesn't get tangled, which is a definite plus. I didn't realize it when I first bought it, but it comes with an extra rope! This is great! It'll be put to great use (mostly by the hubby since he loves jump roping). :)

Perfect addition to workout for anyone who's looking to burn calories FAST! This jump rope is awesome - I added jumping to my workout to burn more calories and this rope is rad - comes with it's own pouch and doesn't tangle/twist like other ropes I've tried in the past. Great addition to my fitness routine!

With 2 kids, I can't make it to Gym for a while. I still like to keep myself fit so, I had some two dumbbells and this ZombieFit brand Jump Rope. I never do Jump Rope before and boy...this is pretty cool Jump rope to say the least. The handle was great and a nice bag too.

Mu first time using a speed jump rope it out performed my regular jump rope in that I didn't trip using it like I do when using my regular jump rope. I like that it came with it's own bag and I can easily carry it in my purse and take it with me. You also get a extra rope with it great value for the price!

pretty nice, and reasonable price. it is little bit light i didn't pay attention to that when i order it, after using for a month i realized i would have like it more little bit heavier. i still use this product 3 times a week. not bad at all.

super excited about this speed rope. I ordered two, one for myself and one for my son. Does not tangle or wrap around the handle while jumping, very smooth. It's nice having the little pouch to put it away in. Happy with this purchase.
