CHEAP: only 1 out of 3 worked out of the package!!!The 2 bad adapters were wired wrong... causing product to short (a very loud hum, with no audio signal)1 out of 3 actually working is not good odds... INFERIOR PRODUCT!!!(fyi: I tested the "2 bad adapters" with several cables, different inputs as well as different mixers).SOLUTION:Luckily, and at the same time, I also purchased two 2-packs of a cables that basically do the same thing..."Podium Pro Two 25' Male XLR to Male 1/4" Jack Mono Mic / Microphone / Speaker Cables 2M25XTRM" (the cables worked)IN CONCLUSION: Just don't buy "Sendt XLR male to 1/4 inch (6.3mm) mono female"GET A CABLED VERSION of what you need.

Works like a charm.
It works, just as advertised. I needed it to do a outdoor show with limited snake inputs. I plugged the acoustic 1/4" guitar cord into it and ran it into the snake xlr. Worked with no issues or noise.
