Mens Guardians Distressed Red Maroon Leather Jacket

We love this jacket, which is beautiful and appears to be very nicely made. The leather detailing is extensive and suggests a greater price than what the jacket actually costs; in the rear, the stiff neck ridge and rear double-plate extending down from the ridge is an excellent touch, as is, on the front, the vertical, darkened embossed collar-bands. I admire the horizontal patches on the arms, too. The jacket comes with two extra brass buttons and two brass rivets in case repair is needed down the road. I own a much older and more expensive leather jacket that came with a single extra button. We purchased this as a gift for our young adult son, and he is very happy with it. I’m pleased too because I care about his appearance and leather is becoming. Because durability is important, and he’s only owned the jacket for less than two weeks, I intend to report back in one year to submit a follow-up review. Based on what can be known at first examination, however, I give this a full five stars for appearance, apparent quality, and cost – all three of us love it. Also, I give the vendor high marks for communication and customer service, as the vendor has reacted with perfect appropriateness to several correspondences I sent concerning shipping, sizing, return policy, and other issues. This is really a lovely jacket.

I am normally a size Large in coats and shirts (I swim in XL), but ordered a 2XL based on the size chart. I wear a 44Long suit jacket and the chest and sleeves of this coat are spot on perfect. It is fairly loose in the waste (needs to be taken in about 3-4 inches, I am a 35" waist, this seems like it would fit a 38"-40" well, and probably go up to a 42" and still look great unzipped). I plan to have it tailored (possibly just fold it in 2 spots and rivet the back myself, it would fit the look of it). CHECK the size chart... it definitely would be tiny if I got the large. Now for the best part, this is the highest quality purchase I have made (probably ever) for a costume. The material is better than I expected (feels like decent quality leather), and the details of this coat are really impressive. The layering of leather, the rivets, the details. It's spot on. Very comfortable, very well put together. I think even though I got this for a Starlord costume, this will probably double as my new favorite spring and fall coat once I take in the waist and trunk area.. Honestly this is a film quality replica. Very very happy (especially for this price, I have seen way worse for twice the price). I can't wait for Halloween this year (praying my wife's Gamora costume is close to this level of quality... it was 2x the price)..

For reference: I am 5'9", 165 lbs, 40" chest, 34" waist, athletic build I purchased a Medium and the jacket was far too large, on the chest and definitely too large around my waist. Sleeves also far too long. The jacket looks great and has a nice heavy, solid feel to it for being made out of a faux leather/pleather material. Only the detailing, "armor" , and ribbed areas have the darkened, weathered look, the rest is just a flat maroon. The inner lining I'd comfortable and has pockets on both inner sides. The design is NOT 100% screen accurate, more apparent when viewed from behind. If you aren't a stickler for a perfect match, it should work great and is one of the closest versions based on the jacket in GotGvol.2 on Amazon. Side note: I am returning it due to the fit being too large. I already received a SMALL from the same company which oddly enough is a slightly different design. The small has a darker, more weathered look and the ribbed and armored areas are different. Just a heads up

To be honest I was a little bit afraid to buy this item because it's coming from Pakistan and "fanboy" marchandising is often low quality. I spend hours reading poor reviews on the other model and this one had better reviews but more expensive. So i bought it finger crossed. But this, friends, is the best Guardian of Galaxy leather Jacket you'll ever found. The jacket you will receive is the EXACT one on the amazon seller's photography. The color is a perfect dark brown red with black tinted leather on proper aera to make it dirty. The sewing job and design are premium with inside pocket, spare button etc... Don't try to "guess" the S M L XL and Trust the size chart. I'm 1'78 m and 100cm chest sized and it fit me like a glove. The sleeves length is perfect and the shoulders are heavy. I'm just amazed by this prize/quality product. Because it's an everyday outfit for mid season as well. Thank you FZ merchandize

One of the rivets on the shoulder flap is ripped through the fabric. For the price, this type of thing just shouldn't happen.

This jacket was much nicer than I expected. The leather, buttons and zippers were all very nice. I have my doubts on the long term durability of the stitching if you use it regularly, especially the soft accordion folded material on the lower sleeves. All in all it's pretty amazing for a costume jacket and worth the price. I rated it as fitting "Somewhat Small", but wanted to be more detailed. I'm 6'4" and typically wear an XL t-shirt size for length, but have a 44" chest which is usually a large. I purchased the XL for length concerns and the jacket was very snug (movie tight, but functional) in the chest and shoulders. The length was good and the sleeve length was perfect for me however. The XL basically fit like a L-Slim.

Ordered an XS for my 9year old. It’s still big but we can work with it..but it stttiiinkkks like shrimp! Aired out for 3days and it really smells so bad..still. It does look really cool but again..the smell. I’d have given 5 stars bc it’s well made and the details are great. Too bad it stinks

The color was spot on, and the details were great as well. I am 5' 10" 188lbs with a 34" waist and about 40" chest. The large was good on sleeve length was a tad long but acceptable for sure. My shoulders fit comfortably with no tightness anywhere There was far too much space for the midsection. It seemed to be made for an individual with a large belly, my chest is slightly poud of my stomach and I have about 4 or 5 inches of dead space with the Large, which makes the jacket look to big for me. If you are about my size and build, definitely go with a medium.
