Not safe
The problem I have with this set is carabiners' quality. They are puny, like the ones I use for my keys. I would not trust them with my life. I am getting some legit rock climbing locking carabiners instead (additional cost). Also the sewing seems weak, too, ready to unravel.In order to hook it up to a door frame pull-up bar, 2 runners or daisy chains are needed (if for ceiling rigging, a set of bolts is needed in addition).Most ppl don’t know that climbing certified biners and webbing loops are safety measures (you can’t buy cheap when it comes to personal safety).The seller should also explain the difference between a single point rigging and double point rigging. It affects the type of weight bearing hardware (biners and bolts) depending on how this set is rigged.

but easy to figure out
No installation instructions, but easy to figure out. I just had to google how far apart to put the swing. I’m also purchasing a daisy chain because at 5’3, it’s still a little high in my archway! I’m in love though!! I weigh 200 pounds and the hooks I bought hold nicely. I’m purchasing a second one for my bf’s house!

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend and I must say, she LOVED it. She gets a better stretch than she expected, and woke up sore from the workouts. She will never look at "yoga" the same way again. Best gift ever... the gift that keeps on giving! 🤤

We love this! I use it
We love this! I use it, but so do my kids. It's need a huge amount of fun for our whole family. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to purchase rope separately to make it low enough to actually use in our house.
