Protecting the bottom of my heels 👠
Works just like 3M tape, it is an excellent solution for protecting your red-bottom heels or any other delicate footwear. This durable tape, designed for maximum adhesion and minimal residue, offers superior protection against scuffs and scratches. Applying it to the soles of your heels helps preserve their pristine condition and extends their lifespan. The clear, discreet nature of the tape ensures it doesn't detract from the shoe's appearance, while its robust performance guarantees reliable protection. Whether you're navigating rough surfaces or want to maintain your heels' elegance, 3M tape is a practical and effective choice for keeping your favorite shoes looking flawless.

Easy Process
Great application! I was worried it would look cheap and bubbly but it was an easy process and looks good!

Protects well
I've used these on multiple pairs of shoes and it holds up well/protects the red bottoms. Pretty easy to attach but I recommend using a razor to cut the excess in order to get the perfect fit. Will keep buying these!

Good, but too small for larger size heels.
I placed these on two pairs of Christian Louboutin heels to keep the red sole unblemished. They are size 40.5 (10.5 US) and 41 (11 US), as CLs run small. These protects were too small to cover the toe portion of the shoes that touch the ground. I tried to place them with the tip in a corner, but even that left 1/2 inch or so of uncovered ground-contacting sole. I had to use the scraps to fill in the gap. On the second pair, I actually started from the end of the toe box (at the front part of the arch where it first contacts the ground), then used a triangle shaped scrap to do the point of the toe. That was much easier. I have not worn them much since placing the protectors, and I don’t know if using multiple pieces and having small amounts of overlap will affect the performance. I will update later with that info.

Pretty good
Easy install. Although I recommend not following the directions to a tea. Before I bought them I was looking at reviews and saw one reviewer use little nail scissors to cut the film around the shoe. I think that may be the best way to do it. I would go as far as laying the whole piece of film on the shoe, squeegee the bubble out, then start cutting around the sole carefully. Directions say to spray the shoe with water... It works but I would spray the shoe then use a paper towel to absorb some of the water and just leave it a little humid; otherwise the film will move around when your trying to get the bubbles out. I wasn't able to get all the bubbles out but the sole was uneven because I have used the shoes before and the bottoms were scratched. I repainted the areas where the paint was scratched off so it may not be as noticeable that it was repainted. For the price, I would buy it again. It is worth it. I haven't used them yet so I can't speak to durability, but so far looks pretty good.

Waste of Money and a serious death trap!!
These are terrible!! my first pair of red bottoms I bought I actually had no clue the red came off, after a bunch of reviews and research I learned very quickly that I needed protection. I bought the zigzag tablet screen protector and it is still protecting a year later. I got a new style of red bottoms and seen this, I thought why not give it a try. TERRIBLE IDEA!!!! It goes on and slides all over the place you can never seem to get the bubbles out, so then I thought well maybe it needs time to dry. I placed them on and let it sit over night, should be good right? NO!! First of all it makes your shoes a death trap, I couldn't walk on carpet at all and it literally was making the foot of the shoe slide pulling away from the heel. It was a set up to ruin my expensive heels. I pulled it right off, the only good thing is that it didn't take any color off when removing. I would not buy this ever again and TBH should of been able to get my money back, it is terrible. I am an active red bottom shoe buying/wearing woman, I recommend the zig zag tablet protector.

Not quite large enough
These were not quite large enough to cover the part of the shoe touching the ground. The instructions are also not clear about the fact that you need to make sure you trace the shoe in the right direction (otherwise you end up with a mirror image when you need to stick it on). These also didn’t seem to hold up well after the first wear. I would not repurchase and will look for other options to replace these.

These sole stickers are fantastic for protecting my Christian Louboutin heels. They’re crystal clear, so you don’t see them at all, and they stick really well without peeling off. I’ve worn my heels for several outings and the soles are still pristine. They’re easy to apply, cut to fit perfectly, and make me feel confident wearing my expensive heels without worrying about scratches. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to keep their designer shoes looking new.
