Teal LeatherTouch

This review is for the New American Standard version Bible. It is constructed well with a nice teal-colored “leather-like” cover. I saw an earlier review where someone said the paper was thin. It is thin, but it seems durable. Because this is a smaller sized Bible, I’ve since ordered a set of mini Bible index tabs. I believe they will help find the sections I’m looking for and the tabs will likely save wear & tear of pages. I would say this is an important book. Take care of the pages and the book will help take care of you. This is also a large print version and that makes reading much easier. Given the modest cost of this Bible, this was a really great deal.

I'm very pleased with this Bible. It's not real large print but it's big enough for me to read easily. I like that some books have the verse number to the left of the verse, and not somewhere in the middle where you have to hunt for it. I wish all the books had that feature. It's nice-looking too.

My wife loves the letter size, maps and references.

This is the exact bible my 10-year-old daughter was needing for her Sunday school class. This is the version (NASB) that is used by her teacher, and we wanted to find her a girly bible for her to have for years to come. The item came quickly and arrived exactly as advertised. The color is beautiful, and the words are larger for ease of reading. It has a ribbon marker, which my daughter loves using to mark the page she is on when she stops reading for the day. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

I LOVE my new bible! I own a hard cover KJV/AMP parallel bible, so this NASB is a welcomed version to my bible collection. It is a beautiful color, the font is significantly larger than my other bible, and it's light weight. I like that it has chapter titles, the maps are nice, and I really like the topical index in the back. The pages are thin, but it's the same with any other bible I've ever owned.

In the pictures I am comparing another amazon bible that is King James Version (pink). I did my research and NASB is closest KJV but readable with simple English. Closest translation to original three languages. I will say the pink one has a better aesthetic but I only recommend LJV if you understand that language/format. Otherwise I recommend a NASB version. This real one is a bit darker and not so bright in color. It’s silver edges with no tabs like the pink. They’re both the same page wuality(super thin and stuck sometimes). They both have references and the font size varies. 11.25 isn’t bad for this book and the size is more portable. There is both Samuel pages to compare the language differences. So far the teal one has been functional and easier to understand and take notes on. Read and compare them to find what works best for you. I’ll update if anything changes

This is such a great value. Top notch quality in every aspect. As I have aged, my ability to read small print has greatly diminished. The 11.5 pt size is comfortable on the eyes, which is very good for a personal size easy to carry Bible. I chose the teal and I love the color and the cover is flexible and very durable. This will last a long time. Regarding the NASB 2020 translation. I have used and greatly enjoyed the NASB since 1977, and have purchased and used each updated version. The 2020 is now my favorite update. There has been no compromise to its faithfulness as an accurate word for word translation. Some folks have been concerned about the gender inclusive where what has been translated as brethren, in this update is brothers and sisters. This does not have any effect or confusion in the meaning of the text. If anything it enhances the obvious meaning. There are other translations on the market that have taken some liberties that has altered the original meaning of the text. Have no fear or concern about this updated New American Standard Bible 2020. It is an excellent update to this trustworthy translation for serious study. I use multiple various English translations as I study scripture. This translation is always among my most trusted reliable Bibles. I plan on adding the leather bound version of this exact same format in my next Bible purchase. Holman is an excellent publisher.

Love this version of the bible! Fonts are large and easy to read. My 11 year old niece loved mine so much, she wanted one for herself. And the blue is her favourite colour, so she loves it too❤️

Love the way it is, for a large reference bible it's compact and you can carry it anywhere. loved the fonts and its size. Easily readable. NASB is the best translation if you want greek, aramaic, hebrew meaning inbuilt in your Bible. The original texts retained as much as possible. There are colored maps, topical index, presentation page, Christ's wordings in red. The guilding is silver and it's really flexible when bended, Lay flat even on your hands. I highly recommend this beautiful bible. Must buy!!❤️✝️

I really love this Bible. The font is printed so as to almost look like it’s a bold font. This is what i wanted, what I needed. I enjoy the version as well. A solid translation. Easy to understand. Inspiring.

We bought for our daughter’s birthday as she wanted a Bible. This one is so easy to flip through. It’s the perfect size for carrying to church, using for family devotions, etc. I am tempted to buy myself one. 🙂
