Comes in a nice case that is very compact. Very easy to use. My non-technical wife used it while away from home and it took her about 2 minutes to start the car. I've jumped my car 3 times with it in a week (good battery, just have something drawing power off of it) and I still have 95% batter life after 3 dead battery jumps. I pushed the boost button the first time and got in, and it started immediately. I am amazed at how light it is as well. Easy to use, just works, and small and light to keep in your car. Much better than buying jumper cables and waiting for someone to come jump you, especially if you are nosed into a parking spot. i am using it on a sedan. I have not tried it on our SUV yet.

Make sure you follow the instructions but it worked great. Waited for the green light and started the car right up. I left it in the car for months and the power charge is still 95% so the power doesn’t drain quickly.

I loved that it came charged to 85%. I jumped my Hyundai Santa Fe right away and put it back at 80%.Worked really well. It's definitely easier than having another car and a long set of cables for a car jump.If you have a car or truck, I would definitely recommend this device. If you have a heavier vehicle like a semi, there are other battery boosters that can start those. I don't know if this one has that kind of power.It does state that on a full charge this one can jump 5 cars at least.It also has a light and can charge through USB. It's great as I live in a hurricane prone environment so extra power around is very nice to have.Takes about 4 hours from low battery to full charge according to the manual but this is not something I would purposely put under 50 % if I can help it.

On my 2006 Porsche Cayenne, this had jumped me twice, and also helped a stranded motorist. Easy to use and store. Charge has held for a long time, great built in flashlight and ability to charge cell phones or other small devices. Fast shipping, would buy again.

So I’m not one for reviews but if it will helpSomeone else. First off the product is great…it lasted a year and half, I think it would’ve lasted a lot longer but my son was hard on it. He had it used it A LOT (junk car) it quit working….he threw it away 🤦‍♀️ if he hadve kept it I could’ve replaced it easily.Moral is keep it put up and IF it messes up don’t throw it away!!Otherwise great product!

I liked the idea of having a backup car jumper since we have a hybrid and you shouldn’t use those to jump. Well. We used this battery pack once at the state fair for our phones and a fan… worked fine. But I needed it to jump a car recently and it is broken. Won’t charge. Just displays a code. I attempted to email customer service as it said they would reply in 24 hours and no response from 2 messages. Bad product and support.***update***Customer service got back to me. Said they were on a holiday… none the less, they honored the warranty and sent me an upgraded unit! The only downside is this one only has one USB output, the other model had 2. The model they sent me was the p one max. Which seems to be a larger battery. Let’s hope this one lasts for longer than 10 months! Upped my rating due to good customer service and warranty.

I'm a roadside tech in the DFW market and picked this pack up as more of a upgrade to my type S pack I've been using. To start, the power difference Is noticable, the only vehicles I haven't been able to start are fully drained 3/4 ton gas trucks and 6.7 Diesels which only happens about once a month for me so not a big deal. On average I can do about 15-20 jumps before I go charge it back up. The orange button to force power is very handy because on vehicles with lots of grease on the terminals it'll start them unlike my type S. On to my short list of cons, the biggest one for me is that you can't change it in the car, which is why I still carry my other one. The battery percentage is usually off, I just run the pack till it stops jumping then recharge. And the last thing which isn't a massive deal is the time to recharge, but the pack also has double the juice as the other pack. Overall I 100% recommend and have recommended it to alot of my customers and people in my field.

I bought this when I had my car battery die on me when leaving the headlights on the 15 minutes. I figured my battery was week but didn’t want to change it until it became a nuisance. It got to the point where I was using this car battery charging multiple times without charging it as well as being able to charge my cell phone and use it as a flash light and hazard light. You will get multiple car Jumps out of this booster unit before having to charge it. The charge life indicator and the ability to charge mobile devices is a huge plus. I’m buying a 2nd one for my other car just in case I need it one day. I also left it in my trunk during very cold temperatures and it still had 97% charge and started my car when my car battery wouldn’t. Sometimes you just feel real good about a purchase and this is one of those times for me.
