Should it fit at the waist or hips? Photos look like the hips. I measured closer to the waist.

There are two straps on the back, you can kind of adjust height with those straps. I usually wear on upper part of pelvis ( prominent pelvic bone you can feel side of your right and left hip).

It’s not even worth 250 rupees. Very poor quality and useless product. Within 2 days I requested for return but no one even coming to pick up. So expensive it is
