I bought this because I was cooking frozen pizzas that needed 8--10 minutes at 200C to cook them, and they were coming out cold in the center. I bought this thermometer and put it in the oven at 200C for 30 minutes and it displayed about 125C, meaning I need to get the oven repaired or replaced.

Brilliant product
