I bought a rack units that someone cut the mounts off. They work great. Had to drill some holes, but no problems.

It fit on my switch perfectly. Two sizes of small screws provided so will likely fit. But the 5 stars for them providing 9 screws instead of 8, jusr in case you lose one...

These rack ears will attach to UniFi switches and dream machine but do not line up with standard rack holes. They are well made, just know they don’t work for THIS application.

This fit my Netgear MS510TXM

These work perfectly for the Netgear GS716TP. Includes two sets of screws (used the smaller ones). Really don't understand why OEM manufacturers, much less the industry, can't standardize these for rack equipment of the same width. Is there really any need for different screw sizes and hole spacing?

Very easy to mount, I used them on a small 10 inch rack in my home office. Great value for the price.

I bought these generic / universal rack mount ears as I bought a Mikrotik CRS326-24G second hand in eBay but of course the switch didn't come with the rack mount ears. There was no reviews or mention to work with the CRS326 but I took the risk and I am happy with my purchase. As the CRS326 is white, the racks are black so it will be nice that the manufacturer sells a white version

It fit the Netgear 24 port unmanaged swith just fine but Iron didn't align with the Panduit rack screws holes, the mount ears holes were too far apart. I settled for just putting screws in the bottom hole.
