Grip and pretty much self explanatory

Better than using a knife
This tool makes it so much easier stripping wires than using a knife. I simply insert wire to cut the plastic and then pull off the plastic. Wires are still intact and are not cut. I've used several different sizes of wire and with each one, clean cuts and no broken wires. Easy to hold and stores well in my tool box. Even with dirty or sweaty hands, doesn't slip out.
