These drops are amazing, they work really good. I’ve always had a hard time sleeping. Took Zolpidem for years and when I realized it was starting to affect my memory I looked for something natural that would help me sleep. I am so happy I discovered these drops. The smell is yucky but I use it in my Republic of Tea -Get some zzz tea that tastes amazing and I don’t smell it anymore. It’s part of my evening routine that helps me unwind and preps me for a great night sleep. I even take it with me on vacations. Definitely recommend it.

The product its self is amazing and I take wayyy over the suggested amount when I’m having an anxiety attack and it’s helped me the most out of all the other brands and pills I’ve tried.FOR ANXIETY ATTACK:I put a bunch of squirts (3-4-5 depending) into a water bottle and shake it up and chug it. Yes it’s not pleasant but it’s natural and way better alternative then any other alcohol base tincture plus it’s absorbed faster in a tincture than a pill.SCENT: the one thing I will say is that this stuff is a bit strong smelling if you get it on your skin so make sure you don’t spill when using your tincture.POTENCY/PRICEstrong concentration 1000mg and it’s worth the money in how long it last you if your someone that really has bad anxiety or sleep issues 2 bottles are a great deal for the effect it has on your body and because they are made without alcohol base it’s not going to cause any issues for people with sensitive stomachs.

Great value and no alcohol

I've tasted worse. Smelled worse. Anyone that expects valerian root to smell like roses will be disappointed. But quality of my sleep is good when I use it. Not every night. But really helps when I travel to another time zone, too. Very happy with this tincture. Good quality.
