I absolutely love this machine. It's easy to operate, and produces creama like the high priced or coffee shop espresso makers. The frother works perfect and is easy to clean. You can make single or double shots with the program buttons or your own strength espresso with a manual mode button. The reservoir is easily removed for filling and holds plenty of water. The filter receptacle holds a single or double shot basket and is easily changed. Knocking the grounds out is simple, as the baskets lock in place, and for added protection, a flip-up holder keeps it secured as well. I followed the simple start-up and first time brewing instructions and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. One suggestion is you brew all of your espressos before frothing your milk as it takes higher temperatures to steam milk or cream and will then take a while for the machine to cool down enough to brew your espresso at the correct temperature so it doesn't taste burnt. Also, don't overfill the baskets, as it will make it hard to lock in to place, causing it to leak steam like its on fire! This is a must have for coffee, espresso, and cappuccino lovers. I highly recommend this machine, especially for the price.

I love this machine and use it daily. I am having a little trouble with the steamer/frother being extra loud and screeching, but it still warms and froths. It was not always this loud. Only recently. I have had it about 2 months.The espresso is very good! I still use this machine and absolutely recommend it.

I’ve been making my own latte every morning ever since I received this machine. I’m new to espresso machine (usually brew my coffee with a pour over filter) and this one makes it as easy as hitting a button. It came with a scoop that can be used as a coffee tamper. I also like the design and how it looks on my countertop. The only con is you need to use another hand to hold the machine when locking the filter handle, but I’m totally ok with that because it’s supposed to be a compact one, not as heavy as those big chunky espresso machine. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who has a small countertop space, doesn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a coffee machine but still want to make espresso coffee at home.

We had a Breville for a few years and this was a replacement. I was a bit nervous because it's not a brand name. The frother has a lot more power than our older machine. It has 20 bars (vs. 15 on most machines) and it makes a big difference.
