Very comfy
Very comfortable, lightweight, and really good looking. I have just worn them for a week and think they’re great. Plenty of toe space. Ordered two pair at the same time..

Great water shoe
These shoes were purchased for my husband. Hubby wanted another pair in a different color. He wears them only out sailing. They are true to size, very comfortable, quick drying and has great grip on a wet deck of a sailboat.

Good as ventilated shoes
First, let me state I didn’t purchase these shoes for their intended purpose, as water shoes. I am not wearing them as intended either. After my wife instituted a no outdoor shoes in the house rule, I bought them to use as house shoes. Having problem feet, going around barefoot is uncomfortable. Originally, I was wearing sandals. This worked reasonably well, except many of the sandals have rubber underneath your feet that can cause moisture problems since they neither breathe nor wick dampness away, and socks aren’t an option. Socks look stupid with sandals! Even indoors where nobody sees you. When I saw the pictures of these shoes, I immediately realized they looked perfect for improving air flow around my feet. Not only do they have mesh around the top, but they have ventilation across the bottom as well. When you walk, you can feel the cool air swirling around your feet. As soon as I wore them, they exceeded my expectations for my particular use. Not only do they keep my feet dry, they also have reasonably good support. By the end of the day, my feet aren’t sore. I should add that I wear them with socks like sneakers. They have good traction on wood floors, tile and polished cement. I can’t speak to their use outside, or on dirty surfaces. Pooled water, mud, fine dirt or other less than pristine conditions would probably not be so great. Like the air flow, all these things would have direct access to the bottom of your feet. If you walk on clean sidewalks and other exterior surfaces, I’d imagine you’d be fine with these outside the house. They slip on, which is helpful if you have a bad back. On the negative side, I’m not too fond of the two bell shaped plastic details on the end of the laces. The little plastic cinching device doesn’t hold very well, but does not cause issues for me since the shoes fit snugly, even when the laces are loose. I slide the whole thing through the crossing laces to the bottom so nothing is swinging around. This doesn’t bother me, but from a style perspective, it’s a little clunky. I imagine I could remedy this by removing the plastic parts and tying a bow. I’m too lazy to bother with it. The gray trim paint that runs between the mesh top and the treads wears off if abraded. Also, the black tread details, where they wrap around the shoe and become visible on the sides, have separated slightly from the white tread. If I cared, I could probably fix this with a little super glue. None of these issues overrides the benefits from my perspective. These shoes have proven to be durable for my daily inside use of 13 months. Given their current condition, I would estimate they will still be usable for a long while with similar wear. I can not speak to longevity with outside use or use in water. For my purpose, these have been perfect. I was so pleased with the ones I’m wearing at this moment, purchased back in November 2021, that I bought several extra pairs. At around $22, they are a good deal for my intended use. I get disappointed when I have something I like that is no longer available when I need to replace it. Since I’m not using these as advertised and I never read the 5 star ratings anyways. I only read the 2, 3 and 4 star ratings since they are the most informative. I’m giving this item 4 stars. Just shy of perfect for my use.

Good quality for cruising and jumping in and out of the water on the beach
I’m very impressed with the quality. The soles were perfect on my last trip. I was able to use these for beach landings on zodiac and moderate hiking conditions. They held up great and I’m going to continue to be able to use them. Picture is after a week of use on an expedition to the Galapagos. I found them to be nice to wear around the ship as well as very comfortable sneakers.

Exactly what I needed
My old water shoes were failing and I needed something quick for a trip. Also, they were being packed so having something not too bulky was a plus. These shoes were perfect. Note that these are not built like sneakers or more robust water shoes. They also provide more structure than some of the flimsiest water shoes I have seen. The sole is foam with holes throughout to drain. The top is a mesh fabric. The shoes dried impressively fast. I was worried the mesh would hold water but they did not. Within a few hours, they were dry. I was outdoors and do not know if they would dry that fast inside but it worked well for me. The shoes are well ventilated. But this also means sand and really anything else will get in. Not a major issue but some people might like to know this if using the shoe to walk around. Walking around a beach town was more comfortable than I expected from a shoe with no structure at all. The soft foam sole was just thick enough to provide the cushioning that I wanted/needed. There is no arch support if that is something you want and I would not use these for long distances or exercising. I did get light rubbing against my heal after about 5 hours of walking around. Nothing that really bothered me but I noticed. I don't think you could find a shoe that drained better. The fabric and soles have holes. Of course this also means every puddle enters the shoe but they are water shoes! The shoe is mostly held on my elastic/neoprene section at the top that grabs comfortably around the ankle. The laces really did not do much to tighten the shoe. Overall very comfortable for hanging out near the water. I did not try them in any water sports but suspect they would do well for casual sports. you might want something different for more adventurous activities.

Very comfortable
They’re very comfortable and they fit well. They are a tad long for a size 12, but they still stay on just right, not too tight and definitely not loose. Comfortable to walk in.

Seems a bit overrated here
I purchased these as a replacement for an older pair of Sperry Son-R water shoes that I've had for years. Out of the box, you'll immediately notice that these are extremely lightweight. I wore them all day yesterday and have a few insights... 1) These are not of the same quality as the Sperry shoe - these are much lighter and I don't believe they'll hold up as well longer term. The Sperry's were capable of long hikes on rocky terrain - I wouldn't use these for that purpose. 2) The sole pattern on these is terrible for small rock substrate. My yard has 1/4" to 1/2" sized volcanic rock and these things pick up the rocks again and again. The rocks get lodged in the drainage holes on the bottom of the sole and won't come out. I didn't have any poke up into my foot, but you can definitely tell they are there and you'll want to pull them out. 3) These offer almost no protection to the top of the foot - the fabric/mesh is barely there - you can see your foot/toes through the shoe. 4) The holes in the bottom are big enough that I suspect a sharp thorn or branch could poke into your foot. The Sperry's have a more traditional and more substantial sole. For the price, they seem decent but I wouldn't recommend these for anything other than pool or beach use, lake or boat use without any sort of substantial hike, or perhaps washing your car or other low impact applications on solid ground. On the plus side, they are quite comfortable due to how light they are.

Great product
I dont know why people complain about the shipping time... it says before you order it, shipping is 20 to 30 days. Great shoe, i wear them in my clinic, keeps my feet cool and I dont have to worry about changing socks to keep my feet dry.

Not bad but a bit expensive for what you get.
Bought as a summer shoe to reduce foot sweat. Does the trick. But on the smaller side for size. And materials seems cheap and not sure if it will last long.
