My husband picked up a $15 one and I gave him a bit of guff... until I tried it.I figured I'd get a bigger and better.It is bigger but not betterIt has a number of levels but, unless it is on the highest level, it is choppy and feels like someone is taking a few left hooks on your shoulder. It is doubly worse if you accidentally run it over a bone. And I am no little thing; I have nice nit of padding.Some people might like it like that... not me.

I last purchased a percussive type massager maybe 15 yes ago and they've come a long way. Rechargeable convenience and much more power. In my opinion; the type and amount of included adapters is just right. Any more seems unnecessary. Regarding the motor i doubt you'd be able to stall it (something my old one would do easily) and really wouldn't need to. I've been using it between setting 1 and 15. It has 30! You won't regret buying this if you're in the market for a cordless percussive massager.
