I honestly haven't used these much yet. I was looking for clear tubes to use in making dollhouse miniature lights and misread the description when I ordered these. I kept them though because I will definitely be using them in other functions. The variety of sizes is perfect.

They are smaller than you think they are just like straws

Use these tubes for modeling projects. These are measured in mm which are needed in some instances. True to size and are of good quality. Good price for great item.

So many uses!! I have made everything from roll cages to axles using this stuff. Best stuff to have if you work on model cars. Just make sure you get a decent type of glue, and have some patience.

This was the first time I have bought these plastic tubes, I used them to repair older HO scale rail cars, which needed the trucks replaced and the mounting hole was now too large for the screw. These tubes insert inside each other, until the proper diameter is achieved and then cut to length and glued…voilà! 👌 I had previously been trying to put larger screws, but this just didn’t work out. I’m sure I’ll find many uses for these.

Too thin walled to be useful for my purpose. Think "drinking straw thin"

I can’t speak for serious architectural use for these, but as a hobbyist I’m happy with them. I do use them for miniature models and other crafts, but for my purposes weight and perfect straightness are not necessary in the way they might be for professional models. I’m happy with them for my miniature dollhouses and diorama’s, but for professional quality you likely will want to spend more!
