PLA Wood Filament 1.75 mm +/-0.03 mm, Wooden Effect Colour Look, 1 kg (2.2 lbs) Spool, Real Natural Wood Fiber, 3D Printer Filament, Brown

My wife wanted a dolls house shed making... who am I to argue (well it gets me nowhere anyhow). I took to Fusion and designed the shed for her and even though I have a nice light coloured wood filament, she wanted a dark wood. I told her to look through amazon and order one she likes the look off and this is what she picked. I didn't even bother playing running any tests and just ran it with the same settings as the other wood filament I use (nozzle 215 / Bed 65). So far I have printed the sides and back and they have all come out lovely. Sticks to the bed well and prints looking good when they come off.

Made some good items with this wood effect filament, but make sure a window is open before use, it smells like someone has a fire going

Good colour and texture bit very stringy in prints, despite using with different settings on 2 different printers.

Supposed to be wood brown, I wanted it for a door I was printing but as you can see in the pics it prints black. On the door you can hardly tell the difference between the hinges and knob done in black and the door face done in the brown. The other picture was printed using only the brown so if you want to print something brown don't buy this one

With dynamic quality with 0.4 nozzle created a surface where almost all line is invisible! Already ordered one more.

The filament is good quality for it's price, I found that it prints better with a stainless steel nozzle at around 210 degrees.

The colour is significantly lighter than that shown in the picture to the point it can't even realistically be called wood. The filament also results in significant stringing at the manufacturers recommended settings, so doesn't print well either.Stick to the better known brands, I made the mistake of giving this one a chance and learnt the hard way, waste of money, ended up having to bin and buy a more appropriate filament anyway.

Ich bin eher skeptisch bei China-Filamenten, da ich oft schon ziemlichen Schrott (wenn auch billig) gekauft habe. Eigentlich nehme ich nur Original Prusament. Aber Prusa hat eben nicht alles im Sortiment, vorallendingen in Sachen Farbauswahl. Daher habe ich es mal mit diesem Filament probiert und bin sehr zufrieden. Drei Testdrucke gemacht, alle sind sehr gut geworden. Das Finish ist matt, sehr gleichmäßig. Ich habe bei 215 Grad gedruckt und hatte weder Fäden noch Sickern.Wichtig ist: Man muß auf jeden Fall eine gehärtete Düse verwenden (in meinem Fall eine Obxidian für das Revo Six System), mit einer Standard Messungdüse wird man kein Spaß haben. Auch sollte man das Filament am Ende des Drucks gleich entladen, sonst klebt es gern fest - bei mir in 2 von 3 Fällen passiert. Aber das kenne ich von anderen Compound-Materialien bereits.Fazit: Nichts zu meckern, sehr positiv überrascht. Andererseits hatte ich auch die Erwartung, daß es etwas taugt, denn der Preis ist ja auch deutlich höher als bei den meisten China-Filamenten hier auf Amazon. Aber ich bin zufrieden.

Va perfectamente, buen acabado, bien enrollado, me gustaría que el porcentaje de fibras de madera fuese un poco mas alto.
