Q: How much overlay does these hinges provide (e.g 1/2, 3/4, etc.)?

If the hinge says full overlay it means 3/4". The hinges come in different overlays and it usually states it. 1/2, 5/8, 1" , 1 1/4" etc. Full overlay is 3/4"

Q: Does anyone know if these Maybe used with older style Cabinet doors?

This hinge can replace the same type and size hinge. Important to determine the size. It is imprinted on the hinge.
