Yes they do work. I have had two bottles thus far but just like exercise you will gradually see results. The key is consistent timing in taking the pills, it's best to not skip days. Of course this should also be an addition to a healthy lifestyle. Each time I use these my results are most noticeable in my stomach area and back area aka love handles which slowly decrease in fat. I actually went down in dress size as well. I like how they are not stimulating but I have noticed a surge in my energy and my metabolism. My heart rate seems to speed up from time to time as though I am exercising but nothing dramatic. I also get the munchies when I first begin to take them and like some people have mentioned, gained a pound or two initially but over time this all went away (at least for me). Please try to drink water throughout the day with these pills to help wash them down. Also in the beginning you may notice a few more trips to the bathroom however not in a overwhelming way. After that your body should adjust. I too almost gave up but I measured myself one day and noticed the changes in my waist and back area and decided to finish the bottle. It was really then that I noticed I had gone down in dress size. However I am not sure if it is safe to use these pills as a long term solution to weight management.
