The device sent fault signal at the very first momento of conection. I would like to see all the problems I`ll have to send it back.Very bad purchase.I opened the fuses caps, and saw the fuses were burned, and they send me the devise like that. Iddmart are not honest sellers.Wen I`ve tried to return it. An amazon policy that the product is hazardous and it can`t be shipped back to amazon.Very bad for amazon also.July 28, 2014.I sent my compliance notice to amazon and iddmart, and iddmart answered, and told me to send the inverter back to them. They did apologize for the inconvenience told me that was an awfull mistake, and told me please to send it back to them, in a prudent time they replaced the inverter for a new one.When I received and installed the inverter, it was just what I expected, the inverter is now functioning very well and I feel very well treated by the company and the amazon support also. I just hope my inverter keeps going like it is right now. I feel I'm achieving my goal of putting my electricity meter backwards.I know and understand that always could be problems, but it is in the way we solved those problems that we can go on perfectly with everybodys purposes.Well done iddmart!
