Great Item!
The material is very soft and comfortable. I’ve already used mine 3 times today and already feel better . I do agree that this item did not stay cold like expected.I got maybe 4 minutes before it went back to room temperature…but still pleased with what it has done for me so far .

It fits nice at first it feels good then within a few min it is no longer cold

Have sent a few messages but these are so big they slide off my wrists. They also stay cold for a very very very short period of time!
