QSHAVE Butterfly Open Long Handle Double Edge Safety Razor for Men or Women, Nostalgic (1 Razor + Leather Protective Sleeve + 5 pcs Titanium Coated Blades)

This razor looks really nice and has a pleasing heft to it. Having used disposable razors my whole life and reading a few reviews about nicks, I was unsure how I would like this razor. I was very cautious the first time I used it, but happily I received no nicks. Now I use it with abandon and have experienced absolutely no nicks or razor burn. I usually nick myself once or twice with a disposable, so this is amazing! I am very pleased with how easy it is to use and how close it shaves. I was a little skeptical of the blades since a few of them arrived bent, but I have had no trouble at all. I only wish I had tried this razor years ago.

Keep in mind, im writing this review from a woman's perspective, so my opinions here may differ from those of guys who would use this razor. When i first started using this razor, i regretted buying it: it irritated my skin, left many more cuts, and seemed overall worse than a 5-blade disposable. But after using it for about half a year, Ive figured out how to avoid getting cut and decrease skin irritation. I have no problems using this razor on basically any skin that has hair, even on pubic har. Keep in mind, it is not as pleasant as a nice disposable razor, but once you use it for a while there's very little overall difference. And being able to quickly swap out old blades when one is dull is very convenient. The weight of the razor is also nice, and it feels very well made. One huge downside is that ive noticed is that the spinning-mechanism that holds the blades in place seems a bit loose, and ill oftentimes have to re-tighten it while shaving. When it becomes loose, the blades scrape uncomfortably across skin and its much easier to accidentally cut myself.

I inherited a double edge razor years ago. I had been using throw away razors and I just didn't know what a good shave was until I started using this kind of razor. The throw away razors left stubble everywhere and would make my neck break out. I am VERY pleased with this QSHAVE. It's a hefty, and solid razor. The gunmetal finish just gleams. Good grip. BUT, the blades leave a to be desired. They're too thick. It felt like it was pulling; like it was dull. I've bought blades like that before; expensive blades, and they did the same thing. So, I put one of my brand in there and, sure enough, when I shaved the next day? Smooth as glass. Effortless. The longer handle gave me better control. I shaved right up and around my mustache, no problemo. Awesome. I am very happy with it.

This was my first safety razor after I made the decision to ditch cartridge razors. I can definitely recommend switching to safety razors due to the quality of this razor! Its long handle and good weight made it easy and comfortable to shave, and made it simple to learn how to shave with a safety razor. I enjoy the darker color as opposed to the stainless steel look, and its ridged handle makes it easy to grip. I have been using this razor regularly for around 8 months now, and can definitely recommend it. I can also definitely recommend buying other blades. The razor comes packaged with 5 blades from QShave, which are incredibly dull and unforgiving. Many people are just learning to shave with a safety razor and the packaged blades are difficult to learn with. I quickly purchased Shark Super Chrome blades which are my new go-to, but I'd recommend purchasing a sample pack to work with (and avoid using the packaged blades entirely).

It's a nice razor, it's sturdy,feels great in your hand has nice weight to it so you don't have to put pressure on it, it glides nicely, good product

Great basic safety razor. Butterfly style. The leather head cover is a nice thought but kind of useless unless traveling. Good handle weight and length, and decent feeling of control while shaving.

Run of the mill safety razor. Supposedly "long handled" but not that you'd notice. Seems a little rickety after several uses. The blades that come with it are worthless. For some reason, I never get a great shave with it. I don't know if the design doesn't expose enough blade edge, or what. Does what it's supposed to do okay, I guess, but no reason to recommend it over any similar product unless it's on sale.

I've had another shaver of this brand but a chrome version. They are great, somewhat nostalgic and simple to use. One thing I have to urge others to do it to shake the water out of it after use or it may develop some rust spots.. after more than a year.

Ich habe kürzlich diesen Rasier-Hobel bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden damit hier im Detail: Lieferung: Lieferung hatte sich um 4 Tage verzögert, Sendung konnte leider nicht verfolgt werden da als Post-Brief. Ich musste also mich auf die vagen Angaben des Versandtages bei Amazon verlassen Produkt: Das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und liegt gut in der Hand, ich habe zwar eher kleinere Hände war aber sehr froh einen verhältnismäßig langen Rasier-Hobel-Griff in der Hand zu haben. Handhabung (für mich als Rasier-Hobel-Anfänger) sehr einfach, ebenso die Reinigung. Einziges "Manko" das ich hatte, war, dass ich bei der Rasur den Schraub-Mechanismus am unteren Ende gelockert hatte. Zwar nicht soweit, dass sich die Butterfly-Öffnung für die Klinge geöffnet hat, dennoch für mich als Anfänger leicht besorgnis erregend. Ich denke aber das liegt eher an mir als an der Verarbeitung des Rasier-Hobels. Rasur: Sehr gründliche Rasur (hatte vorher nur Systemrasierer und die war nie ganz so gründlich) jedoch hatte ich durchaus als Anfänger geblutet aber das lag nur an mir und der ungewohnten Handhabung. Der Rasierer ließ sich im Gegensatz zu meinen Systemrasierern leicht vom Blut-Schaum-Haar-Gemisch reinigen. Beim Rasier-Hobel war eine kleine Ledertasche für den Rasierkopf mit beigelegt, die ist (noch) etwas umständlich aufzuziehen. Ich hoffe die weitet sich noch mit jeder Benutzung. Alles im allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen.

Amazonで安定して購入できる両刃ホルダーとしては良くも悪くも標準的な性能の一品。 使用替刃：ハイ・ステンレス（FEATHER） ・構造 バタフライ式のため替刃交換は非常に簡単。 刃の露出は他製品に比べると控えめで、深剃り性能は低め。 しかし横滑り防止の溝は表面に小さく掘られているだけであるため、肌当たりは鋭い。 ・重量 両刃ホルダーとしてはかなり軽量。ただし軽すぎて力加減に注意が必要。 ・価格 性能に対するコストパフォーマンスは極めて良好。 替刃は勿論、革製のカバーや掃除用小型ブラシなどの小物が付属しているのはかなり珍しい。 ・総合評価 ホルダー単体の性能としては平凡。しかしこれ1個で両刃剃刀に必要な物が一通り揃い、しかも安価なのは非常に良い。 両刃剃刀を使ってみたいが肌との相性や使い勝手を把握したい初心者、出血を抑えるクローズコムと鋭い切れ味のオープンコムの中間を把握したい人にオススメ出来る一品。

Se ve de buena calidad de materiales. Las cuchillas se colocan y retiran muy fácil, y además es muy cómoda de manejo y limpieza. Agarre muy bueno.
