At first I thought the pillow was way too firm, however there is a zipper that allows you to take some of the fluff out! Much more comfortable after changing the firmness! It has helped me catch my zzzs while healing all of my fresh piercings!

Wonderful pillow. Just got my cartilage pierced (and have other ear piercings) and being a side sleeper I really needed this pillow to protect the new piercing. It's very comfortable - soft yet supportive. The hole in the middle is perfect. I ordered another one too - the newer bigger version. This was delivered overnight which I really appreciate. Couldn't sleep another night on my back.

It works as advertised but the pillow is very very firm. Not soft at all but it does allow your piercings to heal. But sleeping on this pillow is not comfortable.

I had been looking for a solution for a while because sleeping on my side had become uncomfortable due to ear pain. I tried regular pillows, but they always felt too big or too firm, and I would wake up constantly trying to adjust them. It was frustrating, especially since I sleep best on my side. This pillow turned out to be exactly what I needed. The design with the ear hole makes a huge difference. From the first night, I noticed there was no direct pressure, and I was able to sleep much more comfortably. Also, the size is just right—it’s not bulky like regular pillows and adapts really well without feeling awkward. What I really appreciate is that I didn’t have to “get used to it.” It just worked. I lie down, rest my head, and my ear stays free without discomfort. I’ve been sleeping better and waking up without that sore or sensitive feeling. I highly recommend it if you’re a side sleeper dealing with piercings, inflammation, or general ear sensitivity. Sometimes a simple design change makes all the difference.

I was so excited to try this ear-piercing side-sleeping pillow, thinking it would solve my problem of sore ears after sleeping on my side. But it’s a total letdown! The hollow cutout for the ear is way too small. My ear still gets squished against the edge of the hole, and I wake up with the same throbbing pain as before. The memory foam is also rock hard, offering zero comfort for my neck. I tossed and turned all night, and now my neck is stiff.

This was a live saver for my new piercings. Its comfortable and just the right size but if you have large gauges it might be a little snug to get your whole ear to fit in the hole

The most versatile piercing pillow ever! Def worth buying! Washes great and looks good too! It’s super easy to push filling around for the best comfort! Easily adjusted!

Very soft and comfortable but the hole is too small. Would probably work well for a new piercing but I had ear surgery and my whole ear is very sensitive. The quality is good and it’s very soft, unfortunately it won’t work for my need. Maybe they should include the dimensions of the hole in the description. That would help.

Too firm to use on top of another pillow, too soft to use it on its own. And mine doesn't have a zipper like advertised, must be a quality control issue. First time I'm going against so many positive reviews, sad.

Very comfortable to sleep on

For no particular reason my ears started hurting when I was in bed with my head on a pillow. I’m a side sleeper and couldn’t make the transition to sleeping on my back. I didn’t even know these existed so was pleasantly surprised to find them when I searched. I’ve been sleeping comfortably since I got this. I just put it on top of my pillow and there is no pressure on my ear.

The pillow is small but very comfortable to sleep on especially for your ear piercings. I had to watch videos to find the best and this one a few people recommended it but I’d say this is the best option cause no matter if you move your not gonna hurt your earring.
