I was shocked when the teddy came vacume packed as I hadn't read the discription, but it was easy enough to get back to its original shape. It tells you the instructions of how to reshape the bear.It's a cute gift and it's ultra soft.

Came with a small rip on its tail
Apart from the small hole its a nice cute stuffed animal is quite small but looks nice just annoying about the hole but i didnt think it was worth the hasel of sending it back
