Great product
I bought this to aid in the loading of my kayak from the rear of my new small crossover SUV. Excellent! Is made the loading much easier and Protected my car.

Works well with modification
The suction cups hang tight and the roller works well. My problem was that once I had my sea kayak on the roller and I was pushing from behind I could not see if the kayak was centered and it would often drop off the side. I modified it by adding a couple of pieces of 1/2" PVC pipe on each side that stick up so that I can be sure the kayak is centered.

LOVE THIS LOADING ROLLER!!!
This loading roller has been a great BLESSING! It was very easy to assemble &I haven't had any problems using it whatsoever.Kind of nice it comes with a wiping towel too!I have a 2004 Toyota Highlander with a rear spoiler & a 4" cargo basket on top my roof rack, which makes it pretty high.I'm a SHORT senior citizen! Only 5'4".... It was very difficult for me to load my 10ft, 50lb kayak on top my car alone. Now I wipe my back window off well. Moisten the suction cups a little & place the roller as close as possible to the back spoiler. I also place a small towel or rag over my spoiler just in case the kayak drags across it while loading. The roller has a small amount of play in the joints, which allows it to adjust to the curvature of the back window & attach easily. Once the suction levers snap down it's tight & solidly attached. All I need to do is place the end of my kayak on the roller, pick up the other end & push! It slides up like melted butter! SO EASY!!!It's loaded within a minute or two!The longest apart for me after it's up is strapping it down, cuz I'm short!I climb up, flip my kayak upside down & center it on top my cargo basket. It then lays flat on top the cargo basket. It also prevents it from filling with water if it rains while it's loaded. I then wrap the ratchet straps around each end of the kayak. Attach the hooks to my cargo basket, throw a folded rag under each ratchet to protect the kayak & tighten my straps. That baby isn't going anywhere & you can play a tune on those straps! There's absolutely no wiggle or shifting of the kayak once it's strapped down, so it's very secure.I don't have any wind noise from the kayak or straps going down the highway either! 🙂To unload, I place the roller in the same position as I do when loading & throw something over my spoiler for protection. (My old car looks new & I'd like to keep it that way.)I disconnect my ratchet straps, & Flip the kayak upright, & center it to the roller. Climb down, grab the end of the kayak & it easily slides down the roller! Once the end is on the ground, I can lift the top end off the roller & place it on the ground.I think if someone allows the top end to drop against their back window, they could pop & shatter their window. So, be sure to pay attention where the top end of the kayak is when unloading. Don't keep pulling & allow it to drop against your window!I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this loading roller!!!It has made loading & unloading extremely quick & easy!!!If an short old lady can do it alone, anyone can!I'm now curious as to how long the foam roller will last. Should keep a long time, as I keep it in the house, so it's not exposed to extreme heat or cold in the shed.

Saves you physical work.
This is a game changer. I have a very heavy kayak. I struggle to get it on my roof so much I was thinking of buying a trailer. This made it easy and completely changed things. Suction cups work well.

Works like it is intended.
Though others may have stated they have had issues with the suction cups sticking to their windows, I never have. Just wet the rubber underneith and while putting a slight pressure against the windows lock them in place. Once in place without releasing tabs I could not pull it off the back window. Centers and steadies kayak in place so I can lift it up onto the top of my van. Makes it much easier to do it using this

Works Great
What I like:1. Works great.2. Included are a cloth to clean off your car where the suction cups will attach and a small screwdriver and open end wrench. What I didn’t like:1. The wrench didn’t fit. Openings were too large. I used pliers to hold the lock nut.2. The screw driver is so short that it is of little value. I used one of ours. However, I did appreciate the effort to provide tools even if they were not useful.

Makes it easier to do what I love!
Loading my heavy kayak just became so much more doable! Still take two people just to keep it steady and moving correctly toward the roof racks. But no more scratches on the car or strained muscles!

Helpful device but broke while loading kayak
It’s a helpful device, but I would recommend one with a single roller along the entire middle as that’s where my Hobie Outback would make contact. Unfortunately this broke while I was using it after a few uses. Now have to re-buy another brand.
