Initially the pain seemed impossible! What in the heck did I get myself into!I gave myself a month to see for myself if these would help. So, I gradually started out wearing them for ten seconds, then twenty and so on. Now I have graduated to wearing them 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes bed bed.I noticed:1. I feel more relaxed2. A hard lump under my foot has shrunken down a LOT3. I feel a bit better overall4. Other parts of me seem to be more alert and awakeningI definitely feel a difference and I feel like they are working and worth the purchase.

Product is very poor quality. I lost 10+ darts on my first usage. The make of the shoe should provide 3x the extra darts that comes with the product, or at least sell additional darts on Amazon. They should sell the darts in packs of 100's. I am returning the product and will not buy again. The darts easily fall out and should be, at least, hot glued into the sandal. This product does not even deserve one star.

These acupuncture sliders are a game changer! I used to have really bad foot pain, but after using these, I noticed a huge difference. I keep them by my standing desk and slip them on while I work. A lot of people say they’re painful, but the instructions mention it takes a week or two to adjust. The springs target pressure points rather than massaging like an automated foot massager. Yeah, it hurts at first—but in a good way! I’d rather step on these than deal with foot pain all night.

I used to use it two or three times per day for 5 minutes, which gave benefit, even though it’s quite uncomfortable To walk shortly with it, unfortunately the little raised keys comes out often more and more until becomes useless! So it needs improvement in its manufacturing! I do not fully recommend.

Great but a little uncomfortable

Would you like a foot massage while getting your ‘anal glands’ drained? Does walking on a sandy soft beach while massaging your ‘genital glands’ sound intriguing? (Yes that is what is written on the bottom of these shoes.). If you answered yes to what I wrote above, then you neeed these fashionable foot pieces. They are a calming aura of both erotic and non erotic pleasure. People say they can only wear them for five minutes in these reviews. But I have been wearing them all night and I feel just fine. However my best friend does say I ‘have hooves for feet,’ so that might be the real problem. Anyway, I don’t really know what reflexology is, but I do know what a foot massage feels like. I plan on buying my family and friends these for Christmas. I highly recommend and if anyone has any questions please DM me right away.P.s. did I already mention that you should buy these!!!
