This is the second set I have and I bought these to use abroad as I was so pleased with the balance and weight of the knives. I have seen reviews that say they are not sharp, they are delivered very sharp but as with all knives they do need to be sharpened throughout their life as you use them. Use a good quality wooden chopping block and buy the manufacturers proper sharpener to keep these in tip top performance. Spent far too long researching good knives and should have just bought these ages ago and saved myself a lot of time. Very pleasing to hold, quality and they work a treat. I’m hand washing them, not putting them in through dishwasher. Very pleased and would recommend.

One of the smaller knives rusted less than a week after I bought it! How is that normal for this brand? I bought them precisely because I wanted something of good quality bit this was a huge let down.

I had to return these because they were not sturdy, nor especially sharp. Certainly not professional-level knives.

Good set of knives. Smaller than I thought but that’s my fault for not checking. Having said that they sharpen well and the longest knife will carve a joint well.
