You don't get the carry bag
The vacuum works very well and it does exactly what it says it will do. The reason for the lower rating is that the web site images (of which there are four) show (in two of them) a carry bag. No carry bag came with the shipment. I consider that to be false advertising. Don

A workhouse
I had toner spilled in my laser printer and needed something to clean it out, so I could use it again. This vacuum did the job superbly. I did have to take my printer apart to get to all the spill, but did get it cleaned. In addition, I cleaned my other laser printer, as well as keyboards, and my scanners, I will be able to use it to keep my equipment clean, so the cost is cheaper than sending them out for cleaning. The micro tools do get warm faster than I think they should, but that can be "worked around" with no big problems. This problem is why I only game it 4 stars instead of 5.

This is a SHAM!!! The Vacuum works GREAT, but the picture on this items home page on Amazon shows that it comes with a Carrying Case, but it DOES NOT!!! I feel like I've been fooled!!!

construction quality is awful
We have had two of these devices over the years, and had the same problem with both... after awhile, the panel which covers the filter becomes very loose; the clips that hold it down just don't work well anymore, and the panel falls off every time we pick it up. I've tried various padding options to try to improve the mounting, but none really work very well. Next time around, I'll look for a better-quality brand (if I can find one).
